Luxury best describes this brand new townhome! Great location, with a convenient and complimentary private shuttle to Purgatory Village, just 5 min away. Part of the exclusive Tacoma Village Community, we received membership access to Durango Mountain Club, with a spa, gym, restaurant, bar, and game room. We absolutely loved how very spacious but cozy this place is! It has 3 living areas, a fireplace in the grand room, a fully equipped kitchen with island, a large coffee bar/wet bar, and a Sonos sound system. We enjoyed the balcony with a fire table and hot tub! Soak with a view! This 4 bedroom place accommodated all 12 of us comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the kids loved the 6-bed bunk room. Great for a multi family vacation. This beautiful place had everything we needed! The Purgatory Village has so many fun activities! Favorites were the Alpine slide, ropes course, zip line, and chillin at the Bear Bar and Grille. We enjoyed the unlimited hiking options, which you can take a chair lift up to hiking trails and also biking trail heads, The mountain views are amazing, especially at the top! Lots of other adventure options in the area like kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boats on Twilight Lake. We went white water rafting on the river through Durango. Dining in this amazing townhome was perfect for us, but if you want a dining out option close by, go get pizza at the Olde Schoolhouse Cafe & Saloon.

The views are unbeatable! Great deck. Comfy condo with everything you need. Dated and nothing fancy, but very comfy and was pretty clean. The hot water was limited and the complex hot tub was lame, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect condo for a weekend at purgatory. The views are incredible and you can’t beat the location. We will be back!
