Recent Reflections at Bay Point - PCB guest reviews

When I first booked my trip it was for condo 309 and the air did not work. It was set at 70 degrees and the temperature in the condo was 74 when we arrived and was 80 degrees in the condo before we were relocated. The unit ran from the time we checked in on 11/27 at 5:00 pm-11/28 at midnight. The power in the front bedroom went out the first night and made it hotter. I called 4 times to report it was hot in the unit and it ruined our Thanksgiving because we had to go to the balcony or leave and go to the store to stay cool for the first 2 nights until I finally got a call back to be relocated to this unit. I was promised a refund for my trip because of the inconvenience and issues that ruined our Thanksgiving, but every time I call to check they only say no updates available. Hot and disgusted
