The house had some polish and a few nice additions in details, like furniture, some decorations etc. But generally it's fairly outdated property with legacy utilities, structure and garden. Pictures shows its best parts, but it has some rusty/dusty elements as well. It's solid 4 out of 5. The neighborhood isn't particularly resort like. It's a residential area with trucks and seem to be construction friendly people. Its gets pretty hot in summer, so the place probably the best for Oct-May.

I love the area the house has a true cabin feel. Super cute inside. Not updated but that's part of it's charm. Close to restaurants the river and shopping. We'll stocked kitchen if you want to cook beautiful river view surrounded by amazing redwoods for peaceful morning coffee.
