Pros: Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, livingroom furniture was comfortable, spacious kitchen, washer & dryer in unit, large deck with table and chairs, and ocean view Cons: Internet was erratic, TV was confusing to work with supplied remotes, no pool towels provided, some construction noise during the day, dehumidifier was really loud and had to be turned off at night
