This house has a wonderful layout and property offerings. However, it was clear that this property has not been tended to from the client’s perspective in a while. Small things like burnt out lights, no remote for the primary BR TV (thus inoperable), and only cold water in the primary shower keep this from being a 5 star experience. Local staff not responsible for this and Vacasa is cumbersome to engage. Luckily, there was a backup for all within the apartment (except the lumpy mattress).
