The condo was nice but the balcony was dirty from previous renters. Margaritaville was next door. The music was a bit loud over the weekend. They did lower the sound after 7pm. Other than that the location of Sapphire was perfect. Enjoyed visiting South Padre Island and will definitely come back again. Amenities were above average.

Sapphire is a great property. #408 is a nice Unit. But do not rely on Vacasa itself to give you good service. The answer is always NO. If anything goes wrong you are on your own. Vacasa does not care once they get their payment.
