As we stayed here between Christmas and New Years, the amenities of the building (pool, theater and game room) were appreciated and well used. The condo itself was clean, warm and comfortable.

Have stayed at countless places in OC. Would return to Sea Watch. Nice facilities if you have a family. Nice having manned security 24/7 in parking garage as we arrived at 3 am, saved us a few mins of walking around. 1217 is exactly what it looks like in the photos which I appreciate. To those who have a touchy back, the queen bed is definitely firm. The king is a bit softer. The couch was great for sleeping for an adult, without the pull out, and the two twin beds are soft. Clean, modern bathrooms. Nicely appointed kitchen. Balcony is great.
