This 2 bedroom condo was very nice in the month of November. Quiet and peaceful, not many around. Wish I knew our bldg. was working on balconies!! The 8-4 grinding and screeching was heard in your condo and at the pool. We had to purchase beach chairs and go sit out on the sand to get away from it. We had several “vendors” wanting to come in while we were there. The pest control came in to spray and a lady came to bring “supplies”. She had a few blankets, a pizza tray, a toilet brush. I let her drop it off but she stayed and was writing stuff down. I finally had to ask her to leave. I was uncomfortable having people show up I had no warning about. Also, the ceramic floors throughout need to be cleaned.
