The house is large, spacious, and very nice. The back deck is great and the beach access is so convenient. The bedrooms are all very nice and the two masters are awesome! Complaints—The hot tub didn’t work, the grill is useless, the pics of the beach (on the booking site) are not accurate. The oven is a struggle to cook with, there was mold on the shower curtains, and the couches need to be replaced with something a little nicer and more comfortable. The outdoor shower is nice but needs to be cleaned up and the sand removed. We had a great week and enjoyed the Plantation. We would stay here again.

Even thought the island has limited restaurants and activities, we found them all very good and enjoyable. Close by Apalach and Port St Joe compliment things nicely and made a longer stay that much more enjoyable.
