We enjoyed the beach and the house. Porch facing the beach is wonderful. Needs some investment in a new ice maker. This is an 2 yr old complaint. And frig Shelving repairs. It’s a shame when owners do not keep up a house. Large bedrooms are nice.

The access to the beach is immediately out front - making it super easy. The pool is nicely shaded and a great alternative to the sand/surf on hot days.

My party really enjoyed our stay at A Minor Distraction! The house was very clean and well stocked! It accommodated my guests (4 adults/ 6 kids/teens) very well. The location is prime! We used a small walkway that went to the beach right off the back of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We’ll be back again next year!
