Very clean, equipped with all essentials. Amazing view of beach. Just needs updating, remodeling. We were a large group occupying different rooms in this property. For the same price, the other rooms were ultra modern with updated floors, counters, appliances and with new furnishings.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the stunning view of Kahoolawe & Molokini through a set of palm trees. One almost doesn’t want to leave the balcony to visit the island. The condo itself is very well appointed—the kitchen probably has every gadget you could ask for. I think it is an appropriate size for 2 people. Four would be ok, maybe a bit snug. We would definitely consider staying here again if we wanted to be in North Kihei.

This condo was in good condition. The bed and sheets smelled and appeared relatively new and in good condition and clean which is always a huge deciding factor since most the time we spend in a condo is sleeping, the rest of our vacation is usually outside. The view was good, not as great as the full ocean view but still nice. You can still hear the ocean with the doors open, it's not as loud as the full ocean view. The fridge and cupboards did have every utensil or item you'd find in your home most likely. It was quite full of useful things. The fridge came with some condiments. We're not the type of people to use shared items but if you are, there are some things in there. Ok so enough with the good, let's talk about anything bad we noticed. The bed has a headboard, behind it is dust from the last ...however many years it's been screwed to the wall, however it pulls back an inch and with a camera&light you can see behind. Just grab a sheet and throw it over that if it bothers you. To the owner I'd say remove that...and put something in that can either get cleaned behind or can't collect said dust. The hallway rugs were worn quite a bit and did not appear vacuumed. Our kid was all over the place...we just moved those into out of the way while we stayed. There are some glass dolphins on the table. Again, I have a kid...I move these things out of site while staying places. The couch was actually quite clean, we didn't open it up but peering into the cracks didn't reveal any obvious dirtiness. The lanai table was covered in a dirt that made the paper towels black...probably normal hawaii dirt from the volcano. It wasn't wiped off...we took the liberty, not a big deal. However the underside sliding preventing nubs were black, I think you can buy more of those rubber nubs and replace them. I'd recommend that to the owner. As a guest, who cares about the underside. It's mostly clean. Ok so the worst for last...the shower floor, it's... tile which is good. But if you stand on it with wet feet, it's sticky from the build up of oil and ...stuff...I dare not think more of. Someone should light that on fire or something. So yea, other that that, the kitchen floorplan was open and everything else was pretty clean and we didn't notice any bugs at all during a 3 night stay where we were paranoid about bugs, so if we didn't see em, I bet there aren't any. I would recommend this place to others for sure.
