This is the second time we've stayed at Sugar Beach Resort. This apartment had everything we needed. It's in a really convenient location. It's close to Costco, the airport, ABC Store, Chick-fil-A, Target, McDonald's, Zen BBQ, and more. My kids loved the swimming pool and the hot tub. We really like this place.

Unit 423 at Sugar Beach Resort is a terrific place to stay, and my wife and I enjoyed it for a full week. There is a table and four chairs on the balcony, and it became our favorite part of the whole condo because the view is incredible and we felt like we were right about the ocean! The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, and the king-sized bed in the bedroom was comfortable. There is enough room in the bedroom to easily get to both sides of the bed. It is a quiet place and the beach outside is walkable in both directions which is a big plus. We didn't spend a lot of time in the unit because we enjoyed the offerings of Maui, but the carpet does need to be replaced and that could be a factor if you are going to be in the living room a lot of your time there. The view was amazing, nice pool and easy access to beach. I want to add best little sandwich cafe on site. Reasonable and very good food.
