The photos don’t do the balcony and view justice — it’s amazing and why you come. Location is good — walking distance to back porch and food place inside. The no umbrellas is annoying and the $ making that is the beach set ups. I paid a lot for this condo due to booking last minute for a holiday weekend. I get that this is an income property and the owners don’t want to invest a lot, however, there are little things that could make a huge difference— the fan in the bathroom was caked with dusty, clean it. The vents are rusted and mismatched — some sandpaper and a can of rust oleum spray paint would fix that, the clock’s interior is all peeling due to the humidity, invest in a cheap $10 clock upgrade. Carpet needs replaced with a more durable beach flooring. Dampness is getting to the bathroom after years of use and cabinets are peeling and shower tile is failing. You’re not gonna have a bad time at this condo— just make sure you are prepared for what you are getting and are planning to only really sleep in the condo. Master Bed is decently comfy. The pullout not so much and the floor didn’t feel clean enough to sleep on. (We had wanted to sleep out there to watch the sunrise). Master bedroom is on the highway 98 side so not ideal for light sleepers. The condo is outdated — but I could overlook that with a little bit of help. Well appointed otherwise — and again balcony and sliding door is amazing, decent pool, beautiful beach, good parking, convenient gift shop for ice etc. drinks good at bar.
