Coastal Happy Ours was definitely a happy spot for our beach vacation! From the moment you walk into this spotless home, the attention to detail is evident in every room. Each room had a TV on with beach sounds, which was a wonderful greeting after a long drive! The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, and glasses. Everything you need for cooking family meals is available—it even has a Ninja blender, which we loved for our morning smoothies. The dining table was huge and easily accommodated all of us, and extra seating was available at the bar right next to it. The bedding in the house is outstanding—everyone commented on the comfort of the mattresses, even the kids in the bunkroom! The pillows are great and hypoallergenic. Each room had its own bathroom with toiletries provided as well as hairdryers. The towels were luxurious, and plenty were provided. The outdoor living space was amazing! We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with our coffee and watching the kids play. The extra lighting at night made it a perfect place for relaxing in the evening after the kids were in bed. The outdoor shower was an extra touch we loved after a day at the beach! The community has two pools, and both are an easy 3-5 minute walk from the house. They were an excellent option for us when the babies were napping, as we could easily walk over with the older kids to entertain them. Both pools offer a large selection of food and drinks as well. The beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk. While beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through the neighborhood, the house itself has tons of high-quality beach chairs available for your use—we loved the ones that we could take close to the water and have the waves wash over our feet! There are many beach toys available for use as well. An extra touch in the garage was the commercial ice machine! We loved it for our beach water bottles and coolers. We also rented a golf cart for the week, and the home made it incredibly easy to park overnight. It was perfect for zipping over to the pools and hauling our gear down to the beach We will definitely be back!

Our recent family trip to Port Aransas was made unforgettable by our stay at this stunning beachfront vacation rental. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. **Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The property is ideally situated just a short walk or quick golf cart ride from the beach. The proximity meant we could easily access the sandy shores for early morning strolls and sunset views without any hassle. Port Aransas offers a variety of local shops and restaurants, all within a short drive. The nearby amenities made planning our daily activities a breeze. **Accommodations: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The rental itself was spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of 18. The open-concept living area was perfect for gathering, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals together, which we loved. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat at the end of our busy days. The kids especially loved the bunk room! **Amenities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐** This rental came with a host of amenities that enhanced our stay. The numerous patios were a highlight, featuring outdoor seating, a tv and fire pit. The pool was an added bonus and the kids loved the game room. This home is located within the Palmilla Community with access to their pool and restaurants. You can even pay Palmilla to set out beach chairs and umbrellas each day of your stay! **Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The property was immaculate upon our arrival. It was clear that the hosts prioritized cleanliness, which gave us peace of mind, especially with kids running around. The attention to detail in maintaining the property was evident. **Host Communication: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with useful local tips and recommendations. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making us feel valued as guests. In summary, our family vacation at this Port Aransas rental was a resounding success. We left with wonderful memories and a plan to return in the future. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, this rental is definitely worth considering.

This was our fourth annual family beach vacation to Port Aransas TX and the 3rd Coast Vibes home delivered on everything we needed for our large family. The location of the home was super close to the beach boardwalk and provided amazing views of the gulf coast from the second and third floors. Resort amenities were also nearby with a small park across the street and pools just a few blocks away. We especially liked the public parking lot right next to the house as we had 4 cars total in our group and it would've been really tight with just the driveway parking. The rooms were large, and the living areas/kitchen were spacious and well appointed which especially came in handy when the morning storms passed through and we were able to comfortably hang out as a family inside. The only thing to note, nearby house construction might be ongoing during the weekdays, however it was non-existent on the weekend. Overall this home was just what we needed to have a very enjoyable beach stay and it over-delivered on our expectations!
