We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse 204 overall. The condo is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, and an awesome master bathroom with a huge tub. The dishwasher and coffee maker were also useful, and the price felt reasonable for the size and location.
The unit is in a very convenient spot within the building — the office is on the same floor, there is covered parking, and it is very close to an elevator and the pool/beach entrance. It is also conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the indoor pool, both outdoor pools, and one of the hot tubs, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. One hot tub was not working properly during our stay.
The main negatives were that the decor is outdated, one bedroom comforter was dirty upon arrival, and all three mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable, with the springs noticeable. The parking garage spaces are also extremely tight.
We also had an issue where an emergency alarm was accidentally set off and we were not informed that it was only a test until after we had gone outside and called the office. On a positive note, someone in our group left keys under a bed after checkout, and housekeeping notified us immediately and offered to mail them back, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a good stay and especially liked the space, location, balcony, master bathroom, and amenities. The unit would be even better with updated bedding and mattresses.
