3rd straight year at Villa Capriani and 2nd straight year in this unit. Ocean front views, clean, and open floor plan. Kids love the pools, hot tub, and the beach. So easy to bounce back and forth between beach and pools. Restaurant on site is very good. Also, the ocean depth does not drop off right away so comfortable as you can be with the kids in the ocean.

This was a nice clean unit. It isn’t as updated as others in the complex but it is a great unit. It has everything you would need for a great stay. Pots/pans, toaster, ect- all the basics are covered. Have fun and enjoy the views!

I love renting through Vacasa and will look to rent a unit at The Villa Capriani from now on. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family and nicely decorated with everything you need. It even had some beach chairs and sand toys, which we didn’t use, but it was nice to know we had them if needed. The shower drain is slow, which was my only negative with this unit and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. The amenities were perfect, and the pools and hot tubs were always clean with plenty of space, so you never felt crowded. The access to the beach was perfect as well. Overall, this unit and location were great! I will stay at The Villa again and can’t wait to be back at NTB next year.
