We had a fantastic, hassle-free stay for JMU graduation weekend with a full house! Booking through VRBO (and Evolve) a year out was a breeze, and they easily added an extra night for a reasonable price a month or two prior to. The layout was perfect for our multi-generational group. We easily accommodated our 70+ year old guests in the main floor bedroom. The open-concept living and dining area was awesome for hosting a few extra family friends for a small soiree on Friday and Saturday nights. Check-in and Check-out were flawless. The place was super clean and had that awesome, cozy cabin vibe with the authentic creaks and groans, but with beautiful upgrades like new flooring, great bathrooms, and a very easy kitchen. Our local contact was incredibly responsive from two weeks out right through checkout. We had zero issues, and the guest book answered 95% of our questions. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying at your house for our son’s graduation. Was very clean and had a great room we could all have dinner and hang out. Had everything we needed and comfy beds.

We had a great stay! There’s plenty of entertainment for children in and out of the house. There is even a swing set in the back yard. Arcade games inside was a great added feature. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc. Everything we needed and more was provided! Great communication from the owner and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book this house!
