Recent Colonnades Condominiums - Gulf Shores guest reviews

The room was very nice and well decorated BUT the top part of the railing on the balcony (left side) is missing and the front railing is shaky which is VERY dangerous since the condo is on the 10th floor. I understand that its policy to receive a limited number of towels and wash cloths but the exact number is absurd since you spend lots of time washing towels. We also only received 3 bath mats for 4 bathrooms. Also, there should be a staggered check-in protocol. There was a ton of people trying to check in and use the luggage carts and elevators at the same time. Lastly, if you have 4 bedrooms then you should receive an option for 4 parking passes! period!
