This is a very stylish, comfortable condo with everything that you need. It is such a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the beach and the beautiful surroundings. Charleston is a short drive away and you must see the Angel Oak tree. It is a wonderful place to go exploring. You will love it as we did.

We have been coming to Seabrook and Kiawah for many years and faithfully, we waited a little too long to reserve this year but we are really happy that we found this place last minute. We really enjoyed our stay at this Sea Loft Villa! Thoughtful touches throughout. The sofa and chair are very comfortable and deep as well as comfortable beds. Some rentals on Kiawah and Seabrook lack quality bedding/furnishings however I appreciated the great quality and attention to detail. The location is great, 5-10 minute easy walk to the beach. There are two stairs to go up and down along the way to the beach so if at all possible pack light. There are many reasons that our family keeps coming back to this community but the main reason is that we never leave disappointed. The complimentary membership pass this property offers is great as it gives you access to both the ocean club and the lake house. The lake house pool is less busy normally which my 4 kids enjoy. We also enjoy the fact that the lake house pool has some sun protection and 0" to 3-4' water depth allows the parents of younger children to breathe a little more easily. A quick note on the club pass, I recommend contacting membership services a few days prior to check-in. The lady at membership services was great and very efficient at getting me my pass on a Sunday which I was concerned about. I'd definitely recommend and I would for sure stay here again. Thanks Vacasa for facilitating this property.

Where is Seabrook Island, South Carolina?

Our Seabrook Island vacation rentals are just 23 miles south of downtown Charleston and about 100 miles north from Hilton Head Beach. This town makes up the southwestern end of Kiawah Island, one of Coastal South Carolina’s loveliest resort hubs. Beaches, marshland, and live oak forests populate Seabrook Island’s landscape, setting a pristine scene for a beach vacation. While there are dolphins all along the South Carolina coast, Seabrook Island is privy to a special dolphin behavior called "strand feeding," where a pod works together to herd and eat fish.

Things to do in Seabrook Island

Golf is not just another pastime in Seabrook Island—for many, it's the reason for visiting. The island's spectacular golf courses provide a challenge for all skill levels. Plus, they're actually certified by the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program, meaning they aren't just beautiful for golfers, they're habitable for native birds. All the more reason to tee off while on Seabrook Island. Besides birds, there is plenty more wildlife to witness: if you're lucky, you might catch loggerhead sea turtles laying eggs on the beach, or deer tiptoeing through the live oak forests.

Whether you’re here to relax, adventure, or a little of both, a Seabrook Island, South Carolina, vacation rental has something just for you. Take to the waves for a boating, fishing, or crabbing adventure - several charter options await you. Of course, simply lounging on the beach is always a great choice, too. If you’d rather stay dry, check out the local horseback riding options, or hone your tennis swing at the community facilities. Vacasa’s Seabrook guests have access to the Seabrook Island Club, which offers a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and more (some fees may apply).
