But you don’t have to just take our word for it. Homeowners who qualify for our Performance Commitment earn 20% more, on average, when we manage their vacation rental. And 1 in 3 earn at least 50% more than they did with their previous management company.1

The proof is in the payout

Here’s how it works: When you switch to Vacasa from another vacation rental manager, we’ll commit to earning you just as much in your first year with us.2 If we fail to deliver, we’ll refund you the difference, up to the full amount of our management fee. Think of it as a win-win.

If your home qualifies, we’ll even commit to boosting your net earnings by $5,000 in the first year.3 (And that could be just the start.)

Vacasa Performance Commitment FAQ

To qualify, your home must have been operating as a professionally managed vacation rental for at least the last 12 months. We're also offering the performance commitment in certain markets, but not all—so talk to a member of our team to see if it's available in your area.

The first step is to speak with a member of our team to ensure that you're eligible for the program (we wouldn't want you to fill out any unnecessary paperwork!). Call us at 866-407-6109 or send an email to newhomes@vacasa.com to get started.

If you do qualify, we'll ask you to submit an application, along with some information about your vacation home's recent reservation history and expenses.

That depends on your home’s net revenue from the last 12 months. You could qualify for the $5,000 commitment if your home earned more than $30,000 in that 12-month period. (Of course, keep in mind that you also need to meet the other eligibility requirements, like renting out your home with a professional management company.)
