Nice quiet room is a pleasant Bed & Breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff, short distance to all the action. Reasonable prices, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Loved being able to walk just a couple of blocks to Duval St. and the Schooner Wharf waterfront area. Cozy little room...only negative was the bed...we found it to be a little "concave" in the middle.A/C and fan provided comfort. It was nice to have the little rooftop deck right outside of this 2nd floor room.

We would stay here again, but with a few caveats. We loved the Garden House location and the keyless, private entrance to our room, with access to the balcony right out our door. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival, and we enjoyed both the onsite continental breakfast and the hot breakfast option offered at Harpoon Harrys on Saturday and Sunday. The bathroom is freshly painted and retiled. It looks stylish but it's also very cramped -- I am only 5' 2" and I found it difficult to maneuver in the shower. Our biggest disappointment upon arrival was learning that housekeeping services are only offered every third day. This meant that we had no fresh towels or linens the entire time we were there. Had I known this we would have requested extras before the innkeeper left for the day on Friday. And contrary to the response to an earlier review, this bed/mattress has NOT been replaced. The headboard is not attached to the wall, making for some severe awkwardness, and the mattress is swaybacked and lumpy. Otherwise, the room is as it is advertised.

If you’re wanting to spend time in Old Town, Sea Port, or Duval, this is in the middle of it all. Simple, but comfortable room with great AC + Fan and an outside oasis that made us feel like locals. 5 star resort this is not, but it is clean and comfortable and provided all the amenities as described. Take advantage of the weekend breakfast voucher for Harpoon Harry’s.

This was exactly what we were looking for - close enough to the action, but far enough away for some quiet. Everyone we encountered while there was friendly and helpful.

The bed and breakfast was clean, cozy and comes at a great price. It is in close proximity to many attractions, making walking very convenient. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay for a couple of days and enjoy all that key west has to offer.

Great location, easy check in process. The room was cute, shower was nice, definitely needs a new mattress. Very lumpy and has a huge dip in th center. Would absolutely stay again if the mattress and frame were replaced.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see this guest was uncomfortable in the bed. A new mattress and frame will be in place by mid-April. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Paradise Palms! It’s in such a good location for all the restaurants, excursions during the day, and nightlife but the best part is you aren’t right on top of everything so it’s quiet when you are ready for sleep! The bed is soooo creaky, seriously any move you make it creaks extremely loudly. Eventually we moved the bed away from the wall and that helped a bit but it needs some maintenance. The hot tub was a nice treat as well and I loved getting some sun on the top deck in the late afternoon. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick get away!
