This home is better than the photos. It was clean, comfortable and stylish. It was a great base for exploring wine country and the coast. It is actually closer to Sebastopol vs downtown Santa Rosa - which we loved.

Loved the kitchen and the privacy of the venue. Very quiet and relaxing. The home was beautiful, and the kitchen was equipped as if the owners liked to cook and entertain. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the Wine Lovers Retreat, the house is adorable, super comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 6. Love the kitchen and the outdoor space, nice bathrooms also.

5 stars because everything in the house was as expected or better. There's a gas station close by and Oliver's Market. Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning. My only gripe is the shower in the master bath which is too slow

Had a great time. Fun place and amazing house. Was great to hang out at and the kitchen is amazing. I plan on going back some day.

We enjoyed three nights at the Wine Lovers Retreat. Our crew consisted of two 60-something adults, two 30-something adults and their 2+ year old daughter.

The house was spacious with what amounted to two living areas (we really just used the one with the dining table), two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en suite with the master bedroom.

The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook, with large, modern appliances.

It is a large property with some pleasant areas adjacent to the house to eat outside. The house really is located in the country with a small vineyard close by, and a horse rescue facility a couple of hundred yards north.

Sebastopol is near - maybe two miles west - and downtown Santa Rosa a further distance to the east. Sebastopol is a nice small town with an array of excellent grocery choices including our favorite: Pacific Market, but known locally as Fiesta Market, its original name (and the sign remains on the Gravenstein Highway).

Finding the house can be a little bit challenging but if you're coming from Santa Rosa on Hwy 12 (which is probably what most people will do), it is a dirt road (no name) immediately BEFORE the signal at Llano Road.

There is a nice paved cycling, walking/running path (Joe Rodota Trail - former railroad right-of-way) just on the other side of Hwy 12 but be very careful crossing the highway as the traffic moves at close to freeway speeds. Use the pedestrian crossing at the signal but still be very careful for impatient drives making turns.

The house was quaint and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and it was very private. The heater worked well which was great because it was a bit chilly! Would stay again.

We (two couples) wanted a home close to Sonoma and Napa. This place was PERFECT!!! It was so clean and wonderfully updated. We use VRBO often (4th place this year) and I would definitely give it a 6 (out of 5). Thanks owners for sharing your beautiful property with us!!!

Well stocked pantry for essentials loved the feel of being in that home. It felt just like it needed to be with family. Will come back. Great location short drive to wineries.

There was a lot of space for our 1.5 year old to run around and visit the neighboring horses. There weren't so many nick nacks that it was hard to make it safe for her and the dishwasher locks so that little people can't start it inadvertently. It was also a very nice romantic retreat for my husband and I- clean, spacious, comfortable.

It is a very cute house. 5 ladies stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen with multiple options for making coffee! Very friends horses next door that love attention. Big outdoor area around the house

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Santa Rosa. The home had plenty of space and a nice large kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed using the outdoor space in the evenings and loved having the horse pasture right next door!

We love this home. We have stayed here three times. It is everything you could want with up to date decor, clean, A/C, well stocked kitchen, great WiFi, quiet, nice TV, etc.

We will be back!

We came up with r 2 (little) kids. Crib fit in our room. Kinda bummed the bed was a bit small for 2 adults & toddler but it worked out. Very clean, thx Aaron. Long driveway was great for scooters. Kitchen was functional & a perfect added bonus from a hotel room with kids especially.

We have stayed at this cottage on three different occasions. We love it. It is private, quiet, fully updated, cute and clean. And, it has A/C, which is important in Santa Rosa. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it is very roomy.

We so enjoyed our trip to Santa Rosa and Sonoma and Bodega Bay! The home was very nice, and in between our trips on the agenda. Loved the inside!
