Home was in a great location and well taken care of. However, it was not advertised properly. Supposed to have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. None of these machines are available in this home. Packed assuming we could do laundry but had to wear dirty clothes home. Advertised cable TV, but only had a roku. Unable to watch live CBS. Met there as a family to watch the NFL playoffs and missed half of the first game figuring out how to download and watch NBC. Totally missed the second game because it was on CBS. Had to sit at a restaurant for 4 hours in hard chairs at 77 years old to watch the chiefs play. Advertised fenced yard for dog. Had a fenced yard but the house has a huge opening under it where the dog can go under the house and out through the sides or front. Had to walk the dog on leash in cold rain all weekend. Paid a lot of money for something that wasn't as it was portrayed to be. It's a neat old home but not what is represented.

Beautiful home! It was very spacious with a big front porch that we sat on every morning drinking coffee. The pictures don't do it justice! Just a short walk from the beach too! I'm so glad we booked this house instead of a hotel room, it's so much more private and quiet.

Location, nice size for 7. Would have been a five but advertise says dish washer, couldn't find.
The dishwasher has been repaired, and we do apologize for the inconvenience this guest experienced.

It is located 3 blocks away from beach. Spacious, clean home in a quiet neighborhood equipped with all kitchen necessities except a dishwasher. There is only one bathroom.

Overall the homeowner has provided a decent rental home. But nothing fancy, and we were unable to locate second bathroom. Also the home is not up to Texas Property Code for a rental, as far as door locks. Which it needs considering the neighborhood it’s in. The management company needs to take care of this.
We appreciate the guests feedback. Our Local Manager has visited the property and has done a complete inspection in order to ensure everything is as it should be.
