Very comfortable home with Cape Cod charm. Quiet locals type neighborhood with easy access to anywhere in the Falmouth/Woods Hole area. We will be going back.

My girlfriend and I found the home to be very clean, which is a pet peeve of ours, with plenty of room for the two of us to hang out. We also really enjoyed the outside space with 2 decks and an outdoor shower. We loved being able to bike everywhere within minutes: the beach, downtown, the bike path, etc. In fact our car never left the driveway. The view of the ocean during sunset, overlooking Vineyard Sound, is amazing. We also loved the fact that the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during our entire stay.

This past August, we had the pleasure of staying at 76 Raymond Street in Falmouth for a week. For starters, the location, in a quiet residential neighborhood, was ideal. A lovely beach was a two-minute bike ride away (a ten-minute walk, or one-minute car ride). We went in the mornings and always found a parking spot, though spaces are limited. The beach was family friendly and not too crowded. By the same token, the house is also very close to plenty of grocery and restaurant options, the ferry landing, and Main Street. All very easy to bike or drive to. The house itself offered plenty of space for my wife and our two dogs; in fact, it could have easily accommodated two more couples. So we had plenty of room to spread out. The place is decorated with lots of personal and summery touches. There is a nice, big deck in the back with a new grill and a large backyard (which our dogs loved) and a front porch, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring town. The owner, John, is a nice, personable guy and a fountain of local knowledge and information. He made several well-received recommendations, including the extensive bike path to Woods Hole. In all, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
