Very large and well-equipped house with plenty of room for several families. This is a 3 1/2 bath (see below). We were happy to see that the house was clean and stocked very well with plenty of towels (including Vacasa beach towels), kitchen items, and beach toys and chairs. I had emailed prior to the trip to ask what beach items were there for borrowing and was told there were no items but discovered a huge storage area full of items that renters can borrow. The propane tank was empty so we bought more. The beds were very comfortable and that is a big plus. FYI on a few things: the 5th bedroom is the highest upstairs floor and is like a loft but very private. The room was sweltering hot when we arrived ‪at 4 pm‬ and the standing fan in the room was very weak. We found another standing fan in a bedroom but it didn’t work. The dehumidifier in that room was full of water so didn’t work until we checked it and emptied the reservoir. After a few hours, we realized that the central a/c vents were on the walls near the floor and furniture was pushed up against the two vents and both vents were completely closed. It took several hours for the room to cool and we were glad we didn’t end up having to go get some blow up mattresses to put people in the cooler areas of the house.
The front outdoor stairs have caution tape on the broken railings and wood is also rotting on the steps. We felt the steps were too dangerous to use. I reported all of this to Vacasa who said they’d relay to the local property manager. Re. bathrooms: On one floor, the King and Queen bedroom share a bathroom and the bunk bed room has its own bathroom inside the room. On floor where master BR is, master bathroom is en suite and there’s also a half bath by kitchen so the house is a 3 1/2 bath and not a 4.
Manager response:
We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! Thank you so much for this detailed feedback, it really helps us improve for our future guests. We apologize that the furniture was moved against the AC vents. It was moved around while the home was being cleaned, and should have been moved back before you checked in. We have discussed the issue with our local staff about the outdoor stairs, and they have ensured us that they are safe. There is also a door to get into the home on the ground level if guests did not feel comfortable with the stairs, however, they are safe.

Six adults and six kids spread out easily. Kitchen, washer-dryer, all amenities worked fine. In the middle of some porch step replacements which knocks out a parking spot.
