Luxurious dog-friendly home with hot tub and incredible ocean views

Featuring a private hot tub, pet-friendly attitude, a game room, fabulous ocean views, and plenty of luxurious touches, this Lincoln City vacation rental is sure to impress! And, with two kitchens and two separate living rooms, as well as space for up to 10 guests, you can bring the whole family!

Located on the very north end of town, in a quiet residential area, this home is up on a hill just one block away from the beach. To get to the shore, simply walk west then follow one of the makeshift trails to the beach, though you could also walk (or take a very short drive) to the Roads End State Park, which has a parking lot and a more gently sloped path to the sand. This home has space for three cars in the driveway - please be aware Lincoln City does not allow on-street parking.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread out over three levels, this home has a spacious interior that can accommodate a large group! There are also plenty of outdoor places (including expansive decks and a lovely courtyard) to relax and gaze at the nearby ocean. If you walk in through the front door, you will find yourself on the main, middle level of this home. Have a seat on one of the sofas in the sitting room, start a fire in the gas fireplace, and gaze out of the large windows at the sparkling blue sea. This is a perfect space to relax and watch the sun set while snuggled up with a blanket and a mug of tea.

Just past the sitting room is a gorgeous library nook, complete with a selection of books, comfortable window seats, and enormous windows that allow more spectacular views of the sea. This level also has a full kitchen and a dining room table where you can sit together and enjoy a home-cooked meal while looking out at the ocean.

If you're traveling with two families or two separate groups, you will be delighted to find that this home has a second living area and kitchen downstairs! With even more sofas arranged around a flatscreen TV, this would be a great place for youngsters to watch movies while the adults chat upstairs. This bottom floor even has another full kitchen and a wetbar, so nobody will have to walk upstairs to grab a snack. And the second oven and fridge will come in handy during festive meals on Thanksgiving and Christmas!

This home is brimming with entertainment options. Throughout the house you will have WiFi access, and during your stay you will also enjoy cable TV, DVD/VHS players with a selection of classic VHS movies, board games, books, and much more. Step into the garage to discover that it has been converted into a fun game room, complete with a pool table, Ping-Pong, and foosball table, as well as plenty of space for children to run around and play.

When it's time to rest up for another day of exploring Lincoln City, you will have your choice of three bedrooms. The master room, which takes up the entire top floor of this home, is a particularly luxurious space. There is a large bed where you will sleep soundly, plus a sitting area in front of a lovely bay window that offers breathtaking views of the ocean. You could use the telescope to watch for any migrating whales, watch a show on the flatscreen TV, or start a fire in the double-sided fireplace to keep this room extra cozy. An attached bathroom has a spacious shower as well as a gorgeous deep soaking tub facing the double-sided fireplace for ultimate relaxation.

The second bedroom has a soft and cozy queen-size bed and a door that leads to the side courtyard area. The final bedroom also has a comfortable queen-size bed, along with a charming area where you can sit and play chess, and a TV with a Blu-ray player. Together with these three bedrooms and three plush fold-out sofabeds, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests, though eight may be a more comfortable number. You're even welcome to bring along up to two dogs with you, though please be aware that an additional pet fee will apply.

While you're here you will have access to a laundry room, which will certainly come in handy after a few days of walking on the beach! This home has plenty of covered and uncovered outdoor areas where you can relax. A gorgeous courtyard area has a serene feeling and a fountain. The tiered, ocean-facing decks are extremely spacious, so everyone can find their own space to watch the sunset. There's a nice covered area with a table on the deck where you can sit with a glass of wine and a book while enjoying the scenery.

This home even has a firepit where you can roast marshmallows for a sweet ending to a day of walking on the beach. Best of all, there is a private hot tub, enclosed in a sunroom overlooking the ocean. You will love to sit and relax in this hot tub and let the warm waters soothe any tired muscles and melt away your troubles.

With such a spectacular house, you may be tempted to stay inside for your whole visit! When you're ready to explore the area a bit, start with a walk downhill to the ocean, which is only a little more than a block away. You can walk north almost a mile along the beach until you reach the rocky Roads End Point, or you can walk south on the sand for miles. When you decide to explore the town, start at the north end, which has the wonderful Chinook Winds Casino, Chinook Winds Golf Resort, several restaurants, and grocery stores.

Elsewhere around Lincoln City are a huge variety of attractions, so everyone will find something to love! Go shopping at the candy and souvenir shops, play a game of family-friendly mini golf at the Putt N Bat, check out the outlet mall, take a glass-blowing class, or buy a kite and take advantage of the perpetually breezy coastline. In town you will find all sorts of restaurants, so whether you feel like some fish and chips at J's, pizza at Gallucci's, lunch at The Blackfish Cafe, or a baked good at Captain Dan's Pirate Pastry, you will have plenty of options.

If you like to be active, try renting a kayak and paddling around Devils Lake, though you could also try clamming in the Siletz Bay, crabbing, fishing, or hiking around the many trails nearby. You could even drive north about 20 miles to Pacific City, or head south just 15 miles to the charming Depoe Bay, known as the whale-watching capital of the coast. If you keep driving south you will soon reach Newport, which has a wonderful aquarium, antique shops, and much more to keep you busy.

After you've explored the town, return to this fantastic and luxurious Northern Oregon Coast vacation rental and relax in the hot tub, enjoy the ocean views from the huge decks, play in the game room, and rest up for another day of fun!

This was a great place to stay, Very clean inside with a ton to do at the house.. Wifi was really good as was the cable connection. Would stay there again if I was back at Lincoln City.

Everything we needed and more.
KATHRYN B. Mar 2019
Loved our 2-day getaway. The house was perfect and just a short walk to beach. We will be back!
Nikki K. Jan 2019
This house was simply incredible. It was the perfect size for our adult group of 8 and there was never a lack of space. The hot tub was beyond and the views were to die for. This house was MADE for a large group of friends that plan to spend time relaxing, playing games and eating! I cannot wait to get another group together and take advantage of this fantastic home again. There are some dated furnishings and fixtures throughout the home but nothing that would detract from your stay. After visiting Lincoln City regularly over the last 10 years, this was by far our favorite home. Thank you!
Scott P. Jan 2019
The home has a fantastic view.

Lovely views and lots to do. Well stocked kitchen. Close access to beach. Great location and great game room. Upstairs kitchen microwave did not work nor was barbecue usable due to erosion. Hot tub and game room were in good condition. Upstairs fireplace worked well after one of our knowledgeable guests got wiring reconnected. We used basement microwave for meals so all was well. We could not get basement TV to play movies. The decks and balconies were great.Still, we had a lovely time and it is overall a lovely property.

First off the location of this house is awesome. You can pretty much see the ocean from any room in the house. The deck was the best part of the house.

However the reason why I am giving a two star review is because of Vacasa. The first night we got to the house we noticed the upstairs and downstairs refrigerators weren't working very well. The next morning I called Vacasa and let them know that we had a few hundred dollars worth of food that was going to spoil. I was told I was going to receive a call back and never did.

We had to keep all of our food in a cooler the whole trip. This isn't something you should have to do when you pay a lot of money to rent a nice house. The upstairs fridge looks like it's from the 90's.

The fact that I didn't even receive a call back is unacceptable. This is the third time I have rented from Vacasa and this will definitely be the last time. I have noticed that Vacasa is a little pricier than a lot of other vacation rental companies, but I was willing to pay a little more because the website and booking process was easy to use and quick. Too bad their customer service is a joke.
Manager response:
We are very sorry to see this guest did not receive a call back from us. We have no notifications of missed calls from this guest on local phones or the general line. We have inspected the fridges and found them to be working as they should. A lot of times our guests bring a lot of warm food and place it in the fridge and do not give the fridge ample time to cool the food. Thanks!

The deck and outside area were fantastic. Excellent!
The house is great for large groups and fit our needs well
Could use a some updating in the kitchen

Loved it. Will come again.
James E H. Jul 2018
Great time and plenty of space for everyone.
CJ M. Jul 2018
This house is amazing. From nearly every level it has a perfect view of the ocean. As far as your eye can see it shall be immersed in the blue depths of the great ocean. At night you shall be captivated by the travels of the moon. It moves across the sky in a perfect path to meet the ocean. Beyond all that you see is what you shall feel. This home is exactly that. Elegant, regal, majestic, and magical. If you ever travel to this area spend the extra money for the price does not compare to the quality and quantity you shall be blessed with.
Tamera F. Jun 2018
Absolutely loved this house! Beautiful home. Spacious with amazing views from every window. Deer in the yard, ocean waves always in view and a short walk to the beach. The home was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Enough room and space for six adults and six kids to spend seven days comfortably. Absolutely a 12 on a scale of 1-10! I can't say enough about this house and our experience with Vacasa. Thank you Vacasa! I will be using your service again.
Manager response:
We look forward to it! Thank you for staying with us!
Amanda M. May 2018
We had a large group stay in this home for three days, two nights, and it was one of the absolute best rentals in Lincoln City we've ever stayed in!

All of the rooms were pristine and comfortable, the game room and fully covered hot tub were major highlights, and the outdoor fire pit was a beautiful cap to the end of an evening.

We're hoping to rent this house again in the future, and we will definitely be recommending it to others!
Jaedon M. May 2018
Beautiful vacation home, absolutely stunning, definitely a house for a big family who like to do family time, games.
Stephanie S. Apr 2018
Great decks and the fire pit!
Michelle C. Mar 2018
This house had great views. So relaxing and peaceful, very private too. Would definitely recommend a deep clean on the walls and behind t.v's and such but I'm pretty picky about that. Overall great home!
Montana B. Feb 2018
Had a blast here with all my friends. House was huuuuuuge! Deck was amazing, super close to the beach with great views. Only negative was the spotty WiFi and Cell Service but hey, you’re at the beach!
Patricia L. Feb 2018
Lincoln City is great
Susan M. Jan 2018
we love the house so much to do but the only thing is its very dusty and cobwebs every were we are always taking down webs every were we go in the house make sure you bring clairton pills if you have dust allierges because you wont be able to breath they need to up date bed mattress in both beds rooms down stairs beds are hard as a rock so you might want to bring some thing to pot on top of the bed to make it more comfy. we injoy the game room so much fun the views are amazing love that there are tv every were the fire pit was fun good famliy time the hot tub was hot just like we like it but could have been cleaner the house is cozy and amazing just needs to be cleaner and less dusty......
James C. Jan 2018
Beautiful home. I also noticed there is speakers throughout the home to listen to music? perhaps a cheat sheet to guests on how to navigate, in order to enjoy some form of sound on the main floor of the home, since there is no TV.
Jennifer M. Jan 2018
This home is perfect for friends or family that like a little space for themselves. Amazing unobstructed views from almost every room. Numerous beautiful decks and outdoor areas to enjoy. Large indoor hottub which fits 6-8 people. Very clean and well stocked. I read a previous review that suggested some things were needed in the kitchen but I disagree. Between the two kitchens you will find everything you need to cook for your group. Close to the beach access and a wonderful area to walk your dogs. Every day deer were roaming the yard. An amazing rental that i highly recommend!
Valarie A. Dec 2017
We try to find a different place every Christmas to stay with our family but I think we've found out favorite. Well worth the money. Thank you for sharing your home.
Warren A. Dec 2017
Stayed with the wife and three teenage kids first week in December. Can't say enough good things about the house. When we go on vacation we like to get out of the house and explore the area. The house is conveniently located to great places to explore up and down the Coast.

Loved that there was a grocery store so close, we cooked meals and went to the Sara Evans Christmas Concert at the Chinook Winds Casino that is by the Safeway grocery store. Casino is close but not too close.

We went to the beach, could have easily walked but drove the block down to the beach access parking lot. Tides were high because of Super Moon during our stay but we walked as far as we dared up the beach before the tides started coming in.

I don't usually like to hang out at the house but enjoyed the upstairs room with the wife 😉 enjoyed the game room with my son, enjoyed the hot tub after hanging out in the rain on the deck.
Great house, fun time, highly recommend.

Dan Z. Nov 2017
Lots to do, lots of space, lots of capability in the house
Sharie R. Oct 2017
The house is amazing but neglected and needs some upgrades. The view of the ocean from this home is breath taking.
We stayed a week; this was a very special week for us we were celebrating my daughter being 1 year free of cancer. I gave only 3 stars due to issues this older but remodeled home has. We had outlets that did not work in the kitchen and the downstairs. A lot of things are broke and just put back as if nothing is wrong them. One of the upstairs kitchen glass cabinets is taped on the backside keeping it from falling out. The lower level sliding glass door does not lock and there is a stick to in the door. Some of the windows do not open. The hand rail on the stairs entering the house is broke and just put back so you don't notice it until you grab it. Most of outlets & lights on the lower level don't work. The master B.R TV has issues and needs replaced. Both dishwashers need to be mounted to the cabinet to hold them in place. The bottom level hide a bed is broke and useless if you want to sleep on it. The 2nd level hide a bed is not much better. The kitchens are not stocked very well some of the pans should be replaced due to being old and rusted.
The ocean views from the lower level & 2nd level except the 3rd bedroom are stunning & astonishing. The house is large enough to accommodate a big group. The master bedroom on the 3 level is the best part of the entire home and has outstanding ocean views from all windows. Even though this is a dog friendly home the house did not have any unpleasant dog odors nor did it have any dog hair on the furniture or bedding.
Manager response:
The owners recently wrapped up a visit here where they made a bunch of repairs and remodeled the downstairs bathroom. We looked into the hand rail mentioned in this review and couldn't locate which one was talked about. We made sure all hand rails at the home were secured. The outlets and lights downstairs are now fixed; we had a bad GFCI outlet causing some trouble. The lower level sliding glass door is scheduled to be repaired by Pacific Coast Glass, both dishwashers are being mounted to the cabinets tomorrow by the appliance repairman, and the bottom level hide-a-bed is being replaced at the beginning of November. The windows in the den that do not open have been locked by the home owners as they do not want these windows used. Thank you!
Laurel S. Sep 2017
Although the home itself is a nice home the cleanliness left much to be desired. We will not stay here again and would not recommend it .
Manager response:
Our apologies for the condition of the home upon the guest's arrival. We take great pride in having the home ready upon check-in. Their cleaning fee was refunded. Thank you.
Robert H. Aug 2017
Our family of 8 spent 4 days here, it was very accommodating and had plenty of space for all of us (including our 2 dogs!). The view was great, and all we had to bring was our clothes and food! Very kid friendly home. Would definitely recommend it to others!
Thomas O. Jun 2017
Celebrated our 50 the anniversary with a family get together form all parts of the western USA. Ample room for all and we enjoy the views and game room. The top floor bedroom suite is a delightful area and we enjoyed it.
Emma S. May 2017
We all enjoyed our stay at NE Neptune Dr.
Shahram S. May 2017
We been here for second time and we love the place. I will recommend this place for family and for single people.
Randy R. Apr 2017
This was our 37th annual coast trip to the Oregon coast. The weather was the normal rainy few days. We loved the different levels with the different entertainment available on each level. Everyone enjoyed getting to play pool, ping pong, Foosball & darts. We also enjoyed the deck with lots of awesome views of the ocean & sunsets. Thank you again for another wonderful family outing.
Laurie L. Apr 2017
Beautiful home with lots of windows and everything you need. Loved the master shower with dual heads.
Robert A. Apr 2017
Kristy L. Feb 2017
We stayed at Neptune's Lookout in February to enjoy time as a family. It was my husband and I, my parents and my sister and brother-in-law. This house was perfect for the 6 of us with a lot of privacy and plenty of room to spread out. The views were incredible!!!

We would sit in the hot tub with the sliding glass door open and listen to the ocean, walk the dogs down to the beach or sit on the massive deck and watch the fishing boats on the horizon. Every day was bliss!!

We travel a lot and I'm usually ready to head home by the time the trip is coming to an end, but this trip I was not ready to let go of. There is something magical and inspiring about the Oregon Coast, I always feel better about everything when I'm there. It was very hard to go home after a week ????

Note: To any lucky person who is headed to this home, I recommend that you take a pair of slippers or flip flops. The tile/laminate can be mighty chilly on your feet and the downstairs kitchen and hot tub area has a pea gravel floor which is not particularly comfortable to walk on without shoes.
Chris P. Jan 2017
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was more than enough room for our entire group, both for sleeping and for entertainment. Although the kitchens were a little small, there are two and there is also the grill on the deck. We enjoyed the amenities as well as the views so much that we didn't spend much time away from the house. We will definitely rent this property again.
Donna K. Jan 2017
The view is spectacular. Short walk to the beach. Nice house.
Alan C. Oct 2016
Despite the bad weather we had a great time. The views were fantastic and we had a full view of thunder and lightening storms two nights. We had a wonderful seafood meal and enjoyed all of our meals there.
Kimberly J. Sep 2016
This is a home that we would definitely use again. We all had a great time and really loved the home.
Barbara B. Sep 2016
The property is in a beautiful location. It is spacious with many large windows and has a beautiful view of the ocean! However, there were many complaints that we had. The rose colored carpet was very stained and needed to be cleaned or replaced! The gas stove burners would not light. We were charged $20 as a hot tub fee, however, the water was scummy and we would not use it. I know the difference between foamy, bubbling water and scum as we have our own hot tub! This was very disappointing! When we opened the windows, the insides were very dirty! There was mold in the basement shower. In the main level bathroom, the shower curtain liner was moldy. The blankets in the closed needed to be washed. We were only there for two days so there wasn't time to get these problems corrected. The area is lovely but the house needs some attention.
Manager response:
We are disappointed to see that this guest was not more pleased with their accommodations. This home received a partial deep clean after this guest departed, and the deep clean will be completed now that the busy summer season is drawing to a close. The owners are planning on replacing the carpets with tile in the near future, but there is no definite time frame for this project yet.
William B. Jun 2016
Great house with awesome views. We really enjoyed the game room (pool, Foosball, and ping pong), fire pit and hot tub. There are a lot of stairs in the house which could be a problem for the infirm. All the appliances worked well and there were plenty of towels and sheets.
Alana E. Jun 2016
Beautiful property and fabulous ocean view
Steven K. May 2016
Wonderfull time with family. Spectacular view. Could see the wale from the living room. Very exciting! Could do some gambling, shopping, and lots of places to eat if you didn't want to cook????Oh yes, there is the beach, beautiful ! Bring your kites! And if you have kids there also is an arcade for them nearby.. Thank you!
Scott F. Apr 2016
We had a great time at the Neptune house. Plenty of space and amenities for everyone. Would definitely go back in the future.
Maria De Jesus C. Apr 2016
I love the house it's so nice
Kelly N. Apr 2016
We had the best time in Lincoln City for spring break. We stayed at this home for 3 main reasons: The view, the hot tub and the game room. We were not disappointed! Our 3 boys and our friends sons had a blast. Thanks so much!
Grant E. Apr 2016
Very one in our party enjoyed the place and would like to return in the future.
John S. Mar 2016
Great views. This is not a "short walk" to the beach though. Overall nice place.
Adrian C. Mar 2016
Great properties for any budget to enjoy the Oregon coast.
Douglas N. Feb 2016
Commanding ocean view. Relaxing and comfortable with many amenities. Privacy with easy drive to shopping and dining.
Limited access to the beach with a steep clime to return and other hiking opportunities just outside the door.
Richard W. Feb 2016
Great home with fun amenities and a very good layout. We had three families here with lots of kids and had a great time. Wonderful view of the beach from up on the hill and a comfortable stay.
Eileen S. Nov 2015
The home has a FANTASTIC view and is well laid out for viewing the coastline. Decks are huge and spacious and the property is well set up for entertaining large crowds. Sleeping arrangements aren't great for large groups as most people would have to sleep out in the open, no privacy, on fold out couches. However, you could pack a ton of people into it with blow up mattresses etc. No close access to beach though. Overall, a decent experience but not enough for me to pick it first again. I'd look around for someplace else there to spend my money on.
Tom D. Sep 2015
Perfect property for a family reunion or family vacation. This home is roomy with plenty of spaces for people to be comfortable. The view of the ocean is breathtaking.
Ashley H. Sep 2015
We had a great time, the house is beautiful, such great views from every window. House is big enough that everyone can enjoy a quiet spot if they wanted to, or gather together out on the large deck areas or inside. We can't say enough, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
Gillian F. Aug 2015
We had a wonderful time here. We were two families vacationing - 4 adults and 4 kids, and the house and location suited us very well. Highly recommended!
Dan O. Jul 2015
The home is beautiful. The views are spectacular. The location is just right. No worries for Tsunami. As seen in picture and more. I would not hesitate renting this house again.
Manager response:
We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful home and appreciate you taking the time to share a few highlights of your experience!
Marion O. Jul 2015
This home had spectacular views of the ocean from several rooms! Lots of decks and a great fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Play room was well equipped with pool table, ping pong, foosball table and dart board. Lots of family fun! We would definitely rent this home again for family gatherings.
Kathleen M. Jul 2015
Comfortable seating for 12 in the upper level front room with an ocean view for miles, greets you when you pass through the kichen entrace. Adults enjoyed cocktails at the lower level bar while the kids made s'mores out on the deck in the enclosed firepit, which the adults could see from their vantage point. Good times had by all.
Claresa R. Jun 2015
This home really is spectacular. The views can not be beat. The home was stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The only negative would be the Internet, it's spotty at best. We lived without it after completing the work that needed it. Our cell phones could barely get a text out (AT&T), but there was a house phone if you need to make a call. Not really a complaint about any of that ,more an FYI.
We very much enjoyed our stay!
Nancy G. Jun 2015
We stayed at Neptunes Lookout for 4 nights. This is a great vacation home to just relax, read, or take a nap. The views from the house are just awesome and breath taking. It is a very close walk to the beach just wish the weather was warmer to have enjoyed the beach more. There were deer that came up to the property and just kind of made themselves at home they were very docile. The spa was a nice added touch. We also barbequed and roasted marshmellows over the firepit while watching the sunset. I would definitely be back and would highly recommend staying here.
Diane W. May 2015
The only problem we found was the light in the master bedroom closet did not work. Probably needs the bulbs replaced.
It is in a excellent location with alot of things to do whether going out or staying in!
Manager response:
We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us! Thank you for the positive feedback and also for alerting us about the light not working. A ticket has been created for the local property manager to get it fixed for future guests.
Ben M. Apr 2015
Only a short walk down the hill to the beach, but with views from every window in the house.

The game room in the garage was a great way to spend a couple hours playing pool, foos, and ping pong.

With three bedrooms, and several pull out couches the house never felt crowded. The kitchens are a little small, so cooking for a big group may take both.

The deck area(s) are huge and there is a fire pit built into the big one just off the hot tub and downstairs tv/family room.

For the price, the property couldn't be beat!
Rochelle Z. Apr 2015
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neptune's Lookout. The views just can't be beat! The amenities of the home are lovely as well. We especially appreciated the telescope, fabulous gas grill, hot tub, and wide array of glasses and drinkware. The layout of the home makes it easy to gather in a large group or spread out and enjoy smaller conversations/games. Everyone slept wonderfully. I am certain we will return to Neptune's Lookout!
