Hideaway Valley Condominium Association Parking Policy
Maximum of 3 vehicles per unit, which includes 1 parked in the garage, 2 parked perpendiculars in front of the unit. The spaces must be shared with your neighbors. Work this out with your neighbors before calling management.
End unit will have to work with their neighbors on the parking problems. Perpendicular parking will not work for all end units.

No parking is permitted along the sides of the paved parking lots or roads, on the grass, or by the dumpsters which may prevent fire trucks, trash removal and snowplows from reaching a building.
No trailers are permitted by units at any time. All trailers must be parked at the Maintenance Barn.
Any vehicle, trailer, etc. must have name, phone number, unit number posted on the parked item. Park to the North (right) of the barn. Do not park in driveway or in front of the doors.
All overflow vehicles must be taken to the Maintenance Barn parking lot including guest parking. Overflow Parking space for Owners at the Clubhouse is on a limited basis and a max of 3 days, except in winter months there will no parking due to snow plowing access. No trailers, moving trucks, etc. may be parked at the Clubhouse.
No long term storage of trailers or vehicles is allowed at the Maintenance Barn. Recreational vehicles and trailers are only allowed on a seasonal basis. Winter vehicles must be moved by April 15th and Summer vehicles must be moved by October 31st.
Non - conforming vehicles/trails will be towed at the owners' expense to a locked storage unit. They will be charged for the tow and storage fee.
