My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the fairway villas! The unit was perfect for the two of us but would also work great for a young family. We made use of the lanai every morning, the house has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The vacasa staff made sure that we had everything we need, even to the point of delivering a vegetable peeler and lemon juicer that the kitchen was missing. There was a boogie board, three beach chairs and a nice beach shade we made use of during our days at the beach. The condo is an easy walk to the king/queen shops and A Beach. Very pleasant view of a golf course from the master bedroom and living room. I would absolutely stay here again.

Enough room comfortably for 4 people. Nice to sit on the Lanai in the morning and at sunset. We had an issue with the WiFi and they repaired the next day. Very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. The barbecues are kept spotless. Great location. The only other was the dishwasher did not work very well, but we did not mention anything, just hand washed everything. It was great to have the beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels to use. Would be nice to have a PVR as we stayed 3 weeks.

We stayed here for 7 nights over New Years. The condo was clean and comfortable and well maintained for 5 people. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and even snorkels and a boogie board to use. More than enough towels. The pool was lovely as well. The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the poor Wi-Fi service and the lack of a reserved parking spot. Parking at night was especially difficult. The bedroom could also use power strips behind the night tables as there was not enough outlets to plug in chargers without unplugging lamps etc. We also felt the kitchen could have had some basic condiments. We would definitely consider staying again.

We apologize for the issues affecting your stay, but we are happy to report that we have been working diligently with both the homeowner and complex management to address updates and improvements for the benefit of our guests. The modem has since been updated to ensure more reliable internet connection and power strips have been provided in the bedroom. The complex recently repaved the lot and had yet to print assigned stall markers for each unit. This has since been addressed. We hope to host you for a truly exceptional vacation in the future!

Excellent unit in an excellent property. The management company was also excellent and easily reached for questions we had. We enjoyed out stay very much. The only thing I can say that disappointed me was that the entire property is smoke free. I enjoy an occasional cigar and this is the first time that I have stayed in a property that did not have any area whatsoever for smokers. Frankly this is a deal killer for me and although I liked everything about the property, I would not return. Ironically, the upscale market in the Queens Marketplace sells premium cigars which begs the question, who would buy one when there is almost literally no place to smoke them.
