The carpet, furniture, and bedrooms were old and outdated so it felt like it hadn't been cleaned. Noticeable cobwebs and dust throughout the property. Bathrooms were updated and comfortable. The kitchen had necessary amenities for our stay with a large family for take-out and cooking breakfast and lunch. There is a tenant that is located on the property but would've appreciated to know someone else was on the property prior to booking.
Manager response:
Kyle, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations upon arrival. We have notified the local team to further address these concerns and update the home as needed. We are sorry for the poor communication surrounding your reservation and the permanent tenant residing on the property. We are working to update the listing to reflect this information. We do hope for another opportunity to better impress you next time

Older home and furnishings with some wear and tear. The home is large and sleeps a lot of people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. A few things that would have been nice to have: a washer and dryer (I missed on the listing that it's not included), a few chairs for the top deck (we had to bring them from kitchen to sit out there) and some plastic storage containers for leftovers. Good location and fairly quiet however there is someone else who lives in a separate part of the house we were not aware until we arrived.

We had 10 people and it had plenty of room for us. It was very clean.

We loved the house, spacious and comfortable

We loved the house, location, the snow! It was a dream! The house was perfect! Only thing is we couldn’t get the piano to work so maybe take your own headphones because it is electric. The big adapter for the headphones too, take that kind. Also they have the Lord of Rings trilogy but we didn’t find DVD player. Take your own :). The kitchen, a dream; fully stocked. The stove - perfect. The running water perfect. Super clean home. I want to go back ❤️❤️❤️

Rented this property to have plenty of rest in this small town. The yard was full of weeds and couldn’t even lay our feed as it wasn’t mowed for months. The rest room in the ground floor was stinking every time someone flushed on the top floor. My wife got hurt due to a wooden plank from the sink falling on her leg. Over all pretty bad experience for the price we paid.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Diwakar. We apologize for the issues that you experienced during your stay. We are happy to report that the plumbing is working properly, the wooden plank in the bathroom has been repaired, and a yard clean-up has been completed. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

I took my son and his friends and everyone had a wonderful time. The check-in process was very easy, the boys all loved the house, and all enjoyed the neighboring areas to ski. I would definitely recommend it.

Big place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities we needed. Would be perfect for two solo couples and two couples with kids, or even more couples if some are good sharing rooms (for the two suites with bunk beds) Would definitely stay again

Great location, had a really fun weekend! Good distance to both Breckenridge and Keystone, and incredible scenery around the property! Definitely cozy, but comfortable enough for large groups. Would definitely rent again!
