Covered parking was a blessing during the first big snow of the season. Paid pre-season rates just after Thanksgiving. Complimentary hot chocolate and coffee provided in the lobby. Convenient location to Deer Valley Ski Resort (not open during our stay). Gas fireplace and fully-stocked kitchen were used often.

My family and I rented this place while we were in town for our son’s graduation from the Park City Fire Academy. We were able to lounge and relax, enjoy the hot tub, cook amazing meals, and play games together. I would rent this place again! It’s very close to Deer Valley, only wish there was more snow so we could’ve skied!

The new Sunrise Gondola (10 person capacity) is just steps away from the ski storage room in the building. At the end of my day, I can either ski or ride the gondola down to the front door. Great apres vibe enjoyed with shared ski beach with the Pendry. Back door of unit is also steps away from pool/jacuzzi - nice for keeping an eye on the kiddos.
