The price for this rental had gone up considerably with no noticeable improvements. Fireplace didn't work last year or this year.

The location of the two chalets was perfect - a short distance from both downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which lead to quick trips during the day to sightsee and experience the towns. The only minor issue was some of the features of the chalets (stools, tables, etc) were a bit beat up and aged. Nonetheless, on behalf of my party of guests, we greatly enjoyed the time overall and intend on visiting soon.

The booking experience was great, the customer service offered was great, and the ease of the check-in and check out procedures were great. The only main issue was how cold and drafty the cabins were. We had two cabins, both of which had lots of air coming in around the front and back doors and around some windows in the bedrooms. The heating unit tried its best but it was still very cold inside the cabins. We know that is was a very cold weekend. Overall, the experience was great and the cabins were nice. The customer service with Wanda in booking and with the on call help were great.

The house was perfect for a retreat weekend with old friends. The space was sufficient, the rooms were comfortable, and the setting was great.

We just left this rental and had a great time. It was clean and comfortable. The house is in a great location and close to everything. (If you come out of the house and turn right you will go in to Gatlinburg and if you turn left you head towards Pigeon Forge.) There are lots of beds and tons of space for everyone. The dining table is HUGE!!! The kiddos had a blast upstairs in the game room. The creek area is adorable. We spent some quality time around the fire and grill. I will say some of the furniture does need replacing as it seems a little older and has some rips and tears. The cracks in the table are full of old food that needs to be cleaned out somehow but other than that we loved it.

We had an awesome time. Everything we needed was there. Unfortunately 80% of us were Sprint carriers and had no service but we still enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Everything was exceptional. However, we did have problems with the water pressure and the commode had stoppage and there was a drip from upstairs lower level.
