Plus, the ample room on the wrap-around deck will provide the perfect place to fire up the gas grill and gather for an outdoor meal with a view!

Should you decide to venture out of this haven, you'll find plenty. In the summer, pack a cooler and a coffee to cast your lines for catfish, bluegill, trout, and kokanee at Shaver Lake to bring back for dinner in the gourmet kitchen. You can also head 20 miles up to China Peak where summer activities include scenic chair rides and hiking. In the winter, challenge yourself on your board or skis in one of the terrain parks, half pipes, or just stick to any one of the over forty trails. If you prefer trails without skis or a board, you can just grab walking poles and have a scenic hike at the Billy Creek Trailhead.

The house was absolutely gorgeous but the cleaning needs work. The house wasn’t vacuumed at all when we got there, a laundry bag was left in the living room with dirty linens, there was no place in the kitchen for trash, a lot of the furniture had clearly not been dusted for a long time. With COVID right now, that was quite disappointing. There were no instructions for using the TVs, the grill handles had broken off so it was very difficult to maneuver that open, the plate in the microwave was missing, shower door in the master bathroom wouldn’t close because the tile sits up too high, not sure if the house even had A/C but we couldn’t even open windows or doors because there were no screens. If there’s no A/C, you have to have screens on the windows in the summer. For the price of this rental, I expected more.

Property had stunning views and it was clean.

Staff did not complete the cleaning the unit before our arrival. We had to wait outside. Staff had no masks either as they were cleaning through the unit.

Also the air conditioner was not working and the until was very hot on one of the days.

Our family with 3 teens really enjoyed our time at this house. Everyone had their own space, and the teens loved having the bottom floor to themselves where they could hang out, play games, stargaze, and cook. Also, the house is very close to town and the lake. Such a nice mountain getaway!

I am very disappointed in both the home and the customer service I received. The home did not have AC working when we got there, the refrigerator would not go below 51 degrees, there was a smoke detector with a beeping battery, there was a remote control without batteries, one of the showers was very dirty, the pool table didn’t have usable pool cues, and then after calling to tell them about it the customer service was terrible. I had to wait in the phone for over and hour. They said they would send someone in an hour and no one ever came. So I call back again, wait online again, am told they will call back and never do. After a third time of calling I am told that they will have someone come in the morning. I spent way too money much for this result. They tell you while waiting on hold that they don’t have good customer service right now due to COVID. As if this is supposed to be a good excuse? If you can’t do it in a acceptable way then don’t do business!

Great vacation home for our annual family trip. This home had all the amenities we needed with the added bonus of breath taking views. The kids enjoyed the game room and the adults enjoyed the patio seating and fully equipped kitchen. We would defiantly come back and rent this home again.

Really nice spot “huge” this place has everything bummer there was not a hole lot of snow but can only imagine what it would look like covered in snow. Very spacious and clean. We could of used some blankets not provided. Great weekend!!!

The location was amazing.
The house was clean.
The patio wasn’t clean and the grill was filthy we had to clean it very well before we used it.
There was no propane when we arrived so had to call and hav someone bring it over.
