The house was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning products were not given which made cooking difficult. Also, the pots and pans were so outdated, so it took forever to cook and clean. Our goal with house rental versus hotel was to be able to cook. All in all, great house and location

Small and attached so we tried to be quiet for the neighbor's sake but the house was clean and as indicated. Not much in the way of extras in the kitchen but didn't bother us (no sugar, salt pepper etc). Always pleased with CBRR.

Our stay was wonderful, can’t say enough about the he friendly and helpful staff. Everything was according to what they said it would be. The house has very cozzy, clean and warm! (Specially in winter time). House has all the utensils you will need, very well equipped. The complementary tickets were a very nice bonus! Love them. I will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful didn't expect everything to be the way it was . Felt very welcoming and it was a great place to relax and also enjoy the water parks . The only thing I didn't like that check out to the house had to be so early but overal the house the value was worth it and I would totally do it again

The location was great for using CamelBeach, and was located well to reach other attractions in the area.
The townhome was very nice, it was the perfect size for a family of 4. Especially appreciated the internet access so everyone stayed connected.
But the townhouse needs some work... painting, carpet, lighting, doors not working properly. The outside/porch lights did not work, but we had a flashlight to guide us at night. Also... one of the chairs at the dining table has a broken back, potentially dangerous if someone leans backward rapidly. Other chairs need help too.
Thanks VERY much for the courtesy tickets to CamelBeach, they were VERY much appreciated. Just one suggestion, you should let future guests know that you will provide courtesy tickets so the guests avoid doubling-up on tickets. Specifically we purchased tickets online before we arrived, and then had courtesy tickets as well. We converted some tickets to be used in 2015, but we were likely fortunate to be able to do this since it was so late in the season. The courtesy tickets are great, just let your guests know so they can plan their trip optimally.

I brought 2 13 year old boys on a 4 night excursion to the Poconos. It was a good idea to get a home rather than a hotel room so we could all find our own space if needed.
The size was perfect for our needs, very close to Camelbeach and restaurants. There was a definite smell when we walked in and I could not find the source. Other than that, we would definitely come back on our next trip to the area.

Loved the place. Close to everything we needed. The house was clean and roomy. Only drawback was the property management. She did not call or email within the 24-48 hours to give me the information, and when I called her she told me she was going to call me back and email me with the information - she never did. I again had to call her. She gave me some information, but not everything that we needed. I had to call her again on our last day for some more information that she did not provide.

We had a great time! Always love Camelback! So much to do! Thanks for the complimentary tickets for the Mountain Coaster and snow tubing. That was a nice surprise. The rental was perfectly located, clean and cozy. Really loved the views and fireplace. Only have a few recommendations for improvement. Missed a snow shovel, ice melting salt (and edible salt), hot beverage mugs, vacuum, backup supply of paper towels and soaps, more fireplace tools and firewood. Thankful for the excellent televisions in all rooms (although one had a non working remote). Would have been even better with a DVD player for the kids. To make this place even more family friendly, I would suggest having a assortment of classic family games in the living area. To all future guests/cleaning service, please remember to remove previous trash. We had a smelly, overflowing trash can to empty when we arrived. It appears that this is a new rental that is on it's way to perfection. Would like to revisit in the future.
