The house was perfect. It was immaculate, not fussy (uncluttered) and well appointed. It was also comfortable. We were there for the 4th of July celebration and watched the fireworks from the ample front deck.

18 yr veteran B&B owner in VT reporting that this house was impeccably clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and well appointed for our family gathering. Our family grew up spending summers on the lake and we wanted to celebrate Mom, who as early as the 1950’s also recreated here, by coming together in this special place. The kitchen was especially appreciated by my family of cooks. Several of us could easily work in the large kitchen; from the over the stove pot fill faucet to the zester and ice cream scoop in the drawer, we had all we needed. We then could all 13 of us sit at the beautiful dining room table to enjoy the meals. Hanging out in the mornings and evenings on the wrap around porch with the deer was delightful and our 89 yr old Mom spent lots of time on the swing. Every vacation rental should be as lovely. A special shout out to the property manager and team (cleaners). The property owners are lucky to be able to entrust their home to you.
