Staying in Atrium villa was greater than my expectation. Everyday I enjoyed wonderful scene at home. This place is clean, quiet and comfortable. My husband and I have had a trouble to locate this property, however, Jeniffer followed up and was making sure we were fine. Overall, I really really recommend to my family, friend and others to visit this place.

Great size. Comfortable beds. But overall experience was marred by broken door screens, dirty ceiling fans, air vents, kitchen sink, etc.

This villa had an amazing ocean view for an Atrium Villa. It was wonderfully decorated, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that you might need to cook. Easy walk to the club pool and beach!

The convenience of walking across the street to get to the beach, pool, Pelican’s Nest was great. The home is clean, well furnished, and has a large balcony with a great view. The check in/check out process was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.

The rental was right across the street from the beach and across the parking lot from the golf course. The rooms were good. The down side was that 2917 is right near the air conditioning compressors for the entire complex - very noisy. Out patio was not very private.

We have rented this house for a number of years and been overall pleased. But the cleanliness the last few years have not been good. the kitchen is lacking in cooking utensils for that size house. And wine glasses
