The details need to be clear on the code. It says this code is for a lockbox and it is not, its for the door. We spent an hour calling different people trying to get a key for the room. Also they need to note that front desk closes at 4pm. So there is no one, absolutely NO ONE to help you. Phone numbers and names listed as building managers are obsolete as they do not respond, nor call you back. You have to pray someone walks by to receive some sort of assistance, for us it was the maintenance man thankfully. The beds were not clean as we found sand and detergent/blood stains on the sheets. If you are charging a heft cleaning fee, the beds should be clean. Also if you get to the property after 3pm there i high probability you will be towed as the permit office closes and are not available nor open during the weekend.
