Beautiful cabin! We really enjoyed our stay!

The home was furnished with quality leather sofas, beautiful dark-wood antiques and a warm color palette. Obviously, someone with a sophisticated design sense put this home together. Even the accessories were thoughtful and coordinated. The home is well-located off of Fox Farm Road, do it is easy to get anywhere around the lake and to amenities and stores. Our only issues related to some repairs that need to be made to the patio screen door so you can open it without it falling off the track, the decking needs some strengthening and new paint, and the Outdoor barbecue should be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. We spent 3 hours cleaning it out, as it nearly started a forest fire because of all of the grease inside.
Manager response:
Hello Loretta, We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for the issues with the patio screen door, decking, and grill. We understand how this would be frustrating and inconvenient. We have sent this feedback to our local management team so they can address this before the next guests. We do hope we have the chance to host you again in the future.

This cabin is so beautiful and cozy! It is very clean and the furniture is gorgeous! We were not able to get the TV working (the internet was going in and out), but there was a great selection of DVD movies to choose from! I would suggest that you bring your own coffee maker or Keurig as there isn’t one in the cabin (at least we couldn’t locate one). We will certainly stay here again and have already provided the info to two of our friends after they saw the pictures that I posted on Facebook.

I originally booked this cabin because it was one of the few that showed a/c as being available, it turned out it didn't. It's a nice cabin, but better ones are available for the price.
Manager response:
Geoff, thank you for your review. To clarify, this unit does not have AC as an advertised amenity. We apologize for any confusion regarding this. There are fans in the home for our guests to use. We hope to have the opportunity to impress you in the future!

My family and I enjoyed this cute log cabin in Big Bear. It has every though you could need to cook and bake in the kitchen, the decor inside was cute and woodsy. Would definitely recommend. We can’t wait to stay here again!
