During the summer months, visit the rental center at Big Bear Marina and spend a day in the water wakeboarding or tubing less than one mile away.

- Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete an In-person check-in at the local office, before heading to the home. The reservation holder must present photo identification upon check-in. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Vacasa and the guest as well as non-refundable eviction from the home.
- A 4x4 vehicle and/or tire chains may be required during the winter months.
- As with many mountain homes, there is no AC.
- 4 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
