The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, while the third is outfitted with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires a mandatory face-to-face check-in with the property manager. The credit card and ID that were used to make the reservation MUST be present.
Parties are not allowed. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am (no outdoor activities after 10pm). Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.

LOCATION
Stroll 5 minutes to the base of Snow Summit. Or sample the slopes at nearby Bear Mountain. A market and a selection of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. In summer months, head to Big Bear Lake for a paddlewheel boat tour, fishing charters, wakeboarding, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Tee off at Bear Mountain Golf Course.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete an In-person check-in at the local office, before heading to the home. The reservation holder must present photo identification upon check-in. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Vacasa and the guest as well as non-refundable eviction from the home.
- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway in front of the house. Street parking is not allowed.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
