6th Floor Gulf Front Condo w/ Views, Close To Entertainment

This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit located on the sixth floor which offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has a king bed with a beautiful headboard and a silky burgundy spread. There are a ceiling fan and a TV/DVD player in the bedroom for you to enjoy. There is a side chair in the bedroom for you to relax without having to get in the bed. There is a bathroom attached which has a nice closet and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience away from home. There are bunk beds tucked away in the hallway and a bathroom that you enter from the hallway. The unit is carpeted and there is a yellow and eggshell accent wall in the living room. There is a TV/DVD in the living area and a side two-seat table to enjoy a quick meal or nice breakfast. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a nice away from home meal. As you retire at the end of the evening or make a great start to your wonderful vacation, take in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the balcony.

Things to know:
Beach service included from May through October.
*Guests should note that contractors will be on-site daily to repair all condos of damage sustained from Hurricane Sally due to begin on January 7th, 2021. This condo does have minor damage to the sheetrock and will require contractor entry.
**Parking will be temporarily limited due to roof repairs through Fall 2020. The pool is currently closed due to roof repairs, and guests may experience construction noise.

This condo is great for a couple. It is located right next to the pier in a great location. Everything was clean, and everything worked properly. We had a great time and hopefully be back in the future.

Great ocean view. Not sure if it's because of Covid but there were no condiments so make sure to bring your own. Would have preferred a regular table to eat on instead of the high top with those tiny bar stools. Bed was comfy and the place was perfect for my husband and myself. The little bunk beds in the hallway were perfect for my sister and her friend who came down two nights. Overall a decent condo. Not great for people with mobility issues, and not the most updated, but fine for the purpose which was to be on the beach.

Calling the kitchen fully stocked is a joke. No salt and pepper, literally 4 mugs and 4 dinner plates etc. Also subpar bed, linens and zero beach towels. Host wouldn't even consider early check in. 5g internet stopped working mid trip. Literal holes in walls and ceilings, not even 1 full dresser to unpack...i could go on. For the price, i was disappointed. I won't intentionally book with Vacassa again.

We acknowledge beds will not suit everyone's specific preferences, and we regret they did not suit your party. Location,location, location. It's very close to alot of good places to eat and shop. Being next to the pier was great. I would book this condo again with no problem.

When we arrived at the condo I started cleaning everything my grand children would touch. (Due to the Covid-19 virus) I have to say I was impressed with most of the cleaning. Saying that I have to say there were several items not clean. The oven was not clean at all and the eyes of the stove was not much better. The stove was not level and would rock. I checked the China and it was not clean either. The balcony table and chairs where very dirty. The beds were clean and the bathrooms were very clean. The cook wear was very limited to what was available to be used. The furniture throughout the condo was very worn and needed replacing. (Not all of it but most) There was 6 holes in the walls due to repair to the sprinkler system. I understand repairs but I should have been notified before I left home about this. A repair man came to the condo and asked if they could work on the repairs. We did not allow this because this was our vacation. I do want to say that every employee at the condo I met was nice and helpful. I tried to contact Vacasa several times by phone and by email. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes I talked with two very nice people and they promised that someone from management would call me. Finally after I returned home I received a phone call. To little to late.
