Beyond the historic facade, you'll find a charming piece of property with spectacular views of the nearby mountains, an incredibly private pool terrace out back, and plentiful space to entertain both indoors and outdoors. The gorgeous courtyard patio features a swimming pool, a bubbling hot tub, and a wet bar where you can mix tropical cocktails to enjoy in the lounge chairs or one of the dining sets that await in the sun and the shade. Retreat each evening to an expansive living area with a gas fireplace and a 50-inch HDTV, as well as four king bedrooms that each open to the courtyard, the front yard, or the pool deck.
This home is ideally located in El Mirador, a neighborhood of central Palm Springs that enjoys unbeatable proximity to downtown. Palm Canyon Drive, with its countless restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and sources of nightlife, is half a mile west, allowing you to easily get around town on foot or by bike. Head half a mile south to practice your forehand on the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, spend a fun-filled evening at the Agua Caliente Casino one mile south, and take in at least one spectacular sunset from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway just over five miles west.

There are four security cameras that are always on at this home, with no noise. One is by the above-ground spa facing the pool area (which is covered at every arrival inspection), one faces the driveway, one faces the front entrance, and one faces the gate that leads to the driveway
*Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call our CX Team at (503) 345-9399 to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $49/day.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
