This condo was the perfect home-base for our family of six (6 adults). The condo was well kept, and clean, with a suitable kitchen for making meals at home (the pots and pans had seen better days). It is very spacious (both indoors and out), with easy access to the lake, and a view you can’t beat. It is also a short drive into town for groceries and other amenities, which makes the location in terms of lake access, and town proximity extremely convenient.  The patio has a roomy table which was great for outdoor dining, and enjoying the lake view. We would highly recommend this property to others, and hope to be back next year!

We enjoyed this location so much we did not want to leave the property to go to dinner or anywhere else. The lake view is beautiful and the access to swimming and boating allowed us to conveniently spend a lot of time on the water. The accommodations were very comfortable, with good beds and pillows.

This was like staying at a nice, clean, well-cared-for hotel with all the conveniences of home. It was nice, but not TOO nice - we felt like we could make ourselves at home and not have to worry about keeping everything pristine. Having a pool on site was great, and when I couldn't find the pool key Vacasa was very quick getting back to me about it. I also liked that this apartment was on the basement level - it stayed cool inside even in 100+ weather.

The location is not walk-able to anything, and there were a lot of bugs, but that's true pretty much anywhere in Idaho in the summer. Also the only real negative was that the vent system is connected somehow to another condo where a smoker lives, so at times the bathrooms and laundry room would be filled with a gross cigarette smell.

We came here for our daughter's wedding. The views of the lake out the back can't be beat! We saw a moose out the back door, and the kids had plenty of room to play. Swimming pool, tennis court, and playground were an added bonus! Loved our stay in Sandpoint!

Beautiful views, very quiet, great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all! The view and easy access to the water is exactly as pictured and is the best part!

We really enjoyed our stay Sandpoint. The lake is gorgeous, and this property's patio overlooks the waterfront, one of the best locations in the whole complex. The unit is very spacious, nicely laid out and well equipped. We enjoyed both the pool and tennis court, and again, the view of the lake from the unit is stunning. The place is showing its age in a few places (cracked tile grout, slightly scuffed walls, worn carpet) and the bbq was underwhelming, but the fantastic space and location more than compensated for a few minor cosmetic touches. A gem!

Great condo, plenty of room for two families! Close to downtown but far enough away for quiet!

The location of this property was unbeatable. A gorgeous view of the lake from the back patio and only a few short step to the lake swim area. If you are looking for a lake front Condo look no further! The Condo itself was clean roomy and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). Waking up and looking straight out at the picturesque water/mountains/sunshine made my day every morning! You really can't get a better location - right on the water in between Sandpoint and Dover Bay, with a paved trail 2 blocks away that can quickly get you to either on bike or on foot. The condo has everything you could ever need for making good meals and feeling comfortable. The Westwood development had great water access, with a good dock and nice grassy lawns for relaxing or playing games.
We are hoping to come back next year!

We had 2 families staying at this property for 5 days over the 4th of July. The accommodations where really good. Everything was clean and nicely appointed. Roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 kids. The location of the property was fantastic. The patio leading out to the grass which lead to the beach - terrific. Amenities of the complex included nice tennis courts and a nice pool area. Plenty of grass for the kids to play in and wonderful views of the lake from the patio. Super easy access to the trail which takes you in to town was another bonus. Great property! We look forward to returning.

Dated furnishings but overall cozy and functional space. Quiet corner unit. You may not be able to use the garage though...we couldn't. Check with property management first. Stayed with wife and newborn baby for 10 days. Perfect for us.

We rent properties quite often and don't have huge expectations or demands.... But this one really was disappointing
Manager Response:
We are sorry to see that your stay was disappointing and would love to hear specific feedback so that we can make improvements. The home is a good size for a large family or a couple of small families to share, and it has a great location!
