Southern comfort never felt so good as at beautiful canal-front Dragon’s Lair. This waterfront corner home with a long bulkhead that is perfect for small boats, stand-up paddleboard (SUPs), kayaks, and board heads. The ground level has a fenced in yard perfect for dogs, an all-weather entry, outside shower, fish station, and locking storage.
The first level opens into a sunken living room with beautiful pine floors, tall ceilings, plush furniture, component stereo, and a large flatscreen TV/DVD. The Dragon Lair’s extra-large kitchen with tile, gas cooktop, convection oven, breakfast bar, and prep island will keep the food coming to the waterfront dining area and nearby screened porch. A nearby laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer. The king bedroom one has a flatscreen TV and full bath with tub/shower that opens to kitchen.
Upstairs is the king main bedroom number two with a furnished sitting area, flatscreen TV, inviting whirlpool tub, and a bath with tub/shower. Bedroom three has a queen bed, water views, and shared access to a bathroom. The nearby loft has a TV, a daybed trundle, and will be a super kid’s hangout. Furnished sundecks catch all water views. Come to Hatteras Island and run with the H20-dragons at beautiful Dragon’s Lair.
