The house was very nice and comfortable. Could use a few more beachy touches... Wall hangings, art, etc. Kind of generic inside.This house is very exposed to the elements... Directly on the Sound and a short walk to the beach which is probably great in Spring, Summer and Fall but a bit risky in Winter as we learned. # 1: Almost every store and restaurant closes for January and February... Rented for three days... Freezing cold gale force winds the whole time. Using the hot tub on the deck totally exposed to the Sound where the wind was blowing from made even considering using it out of the question. Some sort of windbreak should be constructed for Winter use. Kitchen could use a few more essentials like foil and plastic wrap. Other than those issues out of owner control, this is a nice house in a great location. Despite the weather, we were able to bundle up and take some nice beach and nature walks plus drives to lighthouses, etc. with our dog. Thanks for being pet friendly!

The views were spectacular! All bedrooms and the top level had views of the sound. Home was spotless. Vacasa was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Furniture was comfortable and house was spacious.

Island Obsession was everything I hoped it would be. The property was very clean and comfortable, with many obviously recent upgrades. Nicely done. Ample pots, pans and dishes.
