This well-maintained oceanside cottage is located just 3 lots from the oceanfront - easy access to a wide beach in Avon. CAPE ESCAPE also has the convenience of one floor living. The ground level has concrete carport and wooden boardwalks to the large hot/cold outside shower and fish cleaning station. The open living area has juniper walls, ceramic tile floors, and a tall cathedral ceiling with skylight and ceiling fan. There is a TV area, well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area. An 8x24 screened porch with hot tub and picnic table opens to two levels of furnished sun decks. 3 wood-accented bedrooms, 2 ceramic tiled full baths, and a large laundry/storage room complete the warm accommodations. Sun worshipers and stargazers, alike, will enjoy the 2nd level deck with slices of ocean views or relax on the lower deck while listening to the waves. This cottage is truly an ESCAPE to the CAPE!
