Another amazing compound property of ours, 227 Rutledge can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in two separate units, making it the perfect option for large groups like bachelor(ette) parties or family reunions. The property can fit up to three vehicles in the driveway and offers two porches on each side of the house and includes a private patio behind the compound. Perfect for a large family vacation rental in Charleston, SC!

Unit C is the largest of the three units and has been completely remodeled. It features a huge master bathroom, high ceilings, original hardwood floors, a large, double porch with plenty of seating, two gas grills, and a very spacious kitchen/sitting area. The common area is brightly lit by large windows and the two doors leading to the front porch, with seating for ten guests total between the furniture and a four-person dining table. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a very large island with beautiful marble countertops. The main bedroom features a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a seating area, and a large master bathroom with a steam shower. Walk upstairs and you will find two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a full bathroom.

Things to know:
Unit B is an adorable apartment just under unit C, featuring a full kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.
Please note that there is construction taking place on the building directly next door. They typically start at 7 AM.
