So, this was not our original booking but we needed to move here in the middle of a different booking for circumstances beyond our control. The unit is light and airy and very welcoming. The beds are comfy and everything was spotless. We did have some difficulty regulating the temperature on the 3 different levels as even when it was off completely on the 3rd floor, the air vents continued to blow across the bed. This flow was unsettling on both the 2nd and 3rd floors as the noise it made when active woke us up. If we had more time and were staying there longer, I’m sure we could have sought assistance and gotten everything sorted out. The parking provided is for a small vehicle adjacent to the front door but we had to park our truck out on the street due to its size. You just have to look further to find space but this is Charleston. We briefly connected with the owner initially when the door codes didn’t work. She was friendly and very helpful. The master is like a sanctuary tucked above it all with lots of natural sunlight, great floors and a large master bath. There were many helpful amenities and great features all around. I would certainly stay again and recommend without hesitation.
