We loved the house and all of the amenities.

The house is designed great for families. Lots of beds and lots of fun designs. Kitchen has a great setup and there’s both a large table inside and outside for meals or games. The bikes, ping pong and hot tub were a huge bonus and we had a wonderful time using all of it.

Fun house. We had two families staying with teens and the house was comfortable and great fun. We appreciated the AC, hot tub, nice decor, ping pong table and all the nooks and crannies for the teens to escape to. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great house for kids. The only compliant I have is that the bikes were in very poor repair. Only 3 on them were rideable. We tried to call to request some assistance with the issue and sat in hold for more than an hour.
Manager response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your difficulty in reaching our staff. Like many companies, the COVID-19 pandemic has heavily impacted our email and call volumes. We are happy to report we have added more staff to our 24 hour Guest Services line to meet the demand. Additionally, we can report the bikes have been repaired. We are sorry this experience had a negative impact on your stay, and we hope to have the chance to impress you in the future.

We stayed at this property with 4 families. The layout is interesting since the bunkbeds are connected to a bedroom(s). Lots of little nooks. The kids loved it so we called it the "fun house". Great for close families traveling together. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked, even a large skillet and waffle maker. Vacasa was amazing. We left behind a work bag and laptop. They were very helpful in retrieving it quickly.

We stayed at this house with my kids and parents. It was perfect. Kids loved the giant tub of Legos and Atari. We loved how close it was to the SHARC and village. Hot tub was great after skiing. Kitchen was fully stocked with every piece of equipment one might need.

It was conveniently located near most restaurants in town yet tucked away in a private drive. It was close to the main roads leading to Mount Bachelor and sleeps more like 12-14.

Kids loved all the bunk beds. Walkable to the SHARC as well as village (a bit longer - easy by bike). Close to trails. Great deck. Really enjoyed this space and had everything we needed. Wondering how on earth they got that anchor there. 🤔

Loved the setup of this house. Allowed for kids to get away. The Atari game in upstairs loft area was a nice surprise and brought us back to 80s High School days. Love that Vacasa provides all you need in reference to TP, garbage bags, soap etc. thanks You!
The upper loft area gets quite hot even with AC as heat rises. Some standing fans or box fans would have helped in the 100 degree weather we experienced. Other than that, PERFECT!

Great house for a lot of kids. So many bunk beds!
John S. Jul 2018
Perfect house, plenty of room with several bikes in great shape. Great location only a few minutes bike ride to sharc and a few more to the village. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the bikes and the seemingly endless nooks & crannies of sleeping areas! Fun times barbecuing & hanging out on the deck.

Each year for the last 29 years I put together a golf vacation for a bunch of Air Force cronies. We usually end up in Bend for 3 days and have been staying in a hotel. The prices are getting ridiculous just for a place to sleep so I looked into staying at a house (I used to own a house in Sunriver and we stayed there in years past). There are usually 8-10 guys so we needed at least 10 beds to be safe (we like each other but not enough to sleep with one another). It worked out great. One of the guys fed us with steaks and crab and then we could sit around and BS without having to meet at the hotels restaurant or bar ..Great trip.

The upstairs is a kids dream! Very fun and inviting house. We had a group of 10 for Thanksgiving and the bedroom situation worked perfectly. The kitchen was a little tight for cooking a meal that size but we made it work. The living room was comfortable and our family enjoyed relaxing after a great meal!!

Thank you!!

Although there is no true master suite, the three full bathrooms worked really well. The kids loved the bunk rooms. Several spots to spread out - watch TV, a nook to read, or take a nap. The open concept living, dining, kitchen worked really well. Plenty of room for everyone. Having bikes, games & ping-pong was great too. Easy walking distance to SHARC. Convenient location.

Nice family house with great access to the center of Sun River

This is a great home for families, space is used very wisely, clean and convenient

Wonderful location. Morning coffee on the deck was so relaxing and a peaceful way to start the day. We had three teens in the trip and they were able to have private time and watch movies in their own space.

Excellent house

This house was actually better than described. We are frequent vacation home renters and love Sunriver. The kids were super excited when we got in and they actually had to count the number of beds (10) and insisted on showing us the amazing spaces as soon as we walked in. The layout for families is really neat and the kids rooms are very fun with lots of nooks and crannies to explore.

To be clear, there isn't a traditional master bedroom, since none have a bathroom ensuite. However, two of the bedrooms are setup for adults and are comfortable. The other two bedrooms are for adults and/or kids and are super neat with multiple levels, play areas and sleeping spaces. Honestly, these are the kind of bedrooms kids dream of.

The biking trails in Sunriver are fantastic. Very easy and safe for all levels of riders, and the house location is ideal for biking everywhere with a trail right out back. One biking tip: Though counter intuitive, heading down the trail from the back (then back up at the close Y) is the easy, fast and flat way to get to the SHARC, village, and about everywhere else you want to go.

Other then garbage disposal not working, all good.
