Updated home w/ private hot tub, large outdoor deck, 10 SHARC passes!

Wilderness views and boundless outdoor recreation awaits your Central Oregon getaway at this four-bedroom Sunriver vacation rental. An updated mountain home offering space for 10 guests, bring your extended family to stay in full comfort with amenities including a private hot tub, modern conveniences, a large outdoor deck, and much more! There are even 10 SHARC passes included.

Residing in a quiet wooded neighborhood on the south end of Sunriver, this home is just minutes to tons of outdoor activities! Work on your golf strokes at the Meadows Golf Course just a mile south, fly fish in the nearby Deschutes River, or head just 14 miles north for one of Central Oregon’s prettiest hikes beginning at the Benham Falls trailhead.

A split-level abode with comfortable furnishings, including sturdy wood furniture, leather couches, and mountain-themed decor, you’ll quickly feel at ease in this home away from home! On a cold day, rest indoors on either of two comfy couches in the living area while a cozy fire warms the room. You’ll certainly admire the custom river rock hearth in which the gas fireplace is encased, along with a custom-fit entertainment center with a cable-equipped flatscreen TV. From this room, you’ll also enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Bachelor in the distance–floor-to-ceilings windows make this possible.

When it’s time to eat, head into the generous kitchen to whip a hearty meal. Use its modern appliances, ample counters, and variety of cookware for quick and easy meal prep. And when the meal is ready, eat with your group at the breakfast bar with seating for three, or at the eight-seat dining table, or dine al fresco on the spacious deck. There’s even a gas grill on the deck, so have a barbecue while you’re here!

Afterwards, catch a spectacular sunset from the deck, or take a soothing dip in the hot tub, which sits on a lower deck and even has high walls around it for added privacy. You could also use the WiFi to do some research for tomorrow’s adventures, or have a fun billiards tournament on the pool table.

Time to call it a day? Retire for peaceful slumber in any of four bedrooms, which will accommodate up to 10 guests. One of the master bedrooms can be found on the upper level and contains a comfortable king-size bed. The other three bedrooms are all located on the lower level. To the right of the stairs to the second floor is the other master bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and even has a door to access the hot tub. A middle room has a twin-over-double bunk style along with a twin bed and a pullout trundle (a room that’s perfect for your kids!). Between the second and third bedrooms there is a Jack and Jill bathroom to share. The last bedroom is on the left of the stairs and has a king-size bed with a bathroom adjoining the bunk room, which also has access to the hot tub.

Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with items like framed artwork, reading lamps, nightstands, and even TVs for nighttime viewing. Sheer curtains and comfy beds with plush linens guarantee a great night’s sleep, night after night.

Wake up to abundant natural light streaming in from picture windows and get ready for a new day of adventures. In the mood for a fun day trip? Pack up your ski gear or mountain bikes, depending on the time of the year, and head 21 miles northwest for powder-laden slopes and miles of exhilarating singletrack at Mt. Bachelor. Are you a beer lover? If so, make sure to visit any of Bend’s more than 30 local breweries on the “Bend Ale Trail,” which begins 20 miles north in Bend.

Take a bike ride around town with the four provided adult bikes as well as one for a youngster. The home features a brand new A/C unit for those days that are a bit warmer, as well as a furnace to fight the chill.

If you’ve brought along little ones, they’ll love a visit to the Sunriver Nature Center (less than a half mile west) to learn about the area’s native wildlife. Or, take them to the Oregon Observatory to gaze at the star-filled Central Oregon skies through high-powered telescopes–it’s fun for the whole family!

Visit the best of Sunriver with a lovely stay at this Central Oregon vacation rental. Full of amenities in a great location for both urban and wildland exploration, book the 7 Quelah Condo today and start planning an incredible getaway!

good location, well stocked, lovely home.

Home located in central part of Sunriver. Could get to both sides of the resort easily. Easy to ride bikes to and from the village and Sharc.
The layout with the number of bedrooms bathrooms was really able to accommodate 3 families 6 adults and four kids easily. Three bedrooms have their own private bathroom and the bunk bed room shared with a queen bedroom.
Great deck for BBQing and sunset watching and a great safe circle for the kids to ride around on without going on the bigger paths.
Only issue was the house temperature. Downstairs was frigid, where most the bedrooms are, and it was difficult to regulate the whole house.

We stayed in this house for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. It's a great layout, it was spotless, and it had everything we needed to prepare a feast for our family. Perfect Sunriver accommodation!

This is our second time staying at Quelah 7 and it's perfect for our family. The set up is really good - my parents were able to stay upstairs, while my family took the downstairs. There was a master bedroom for me and my husband, and two rooms for our kids to split. The layout is easy to work with, and the amenities are perfect. There were tons of dishes, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We've stayed in a lot of homes in Sunriver, and this is definitely among our favorite!

We just spent a week at 7 Quelah Lane. We have gone to Sunriver for sixteen years every July and this was one of our favorite houses! My husband and myself, our children, spouses and grandkids all stayed there. Ten of us total. The grandkids loved the bunk room for them, the rest of us loved the fact that everything was sized sufficiently for ten....the couches, dining table, and bathrooms! The house was very clean, the location was perfect! We would highly recommend this house!

Very nice house. Well stocked. Clean, with the exception of worn and stained carpet. Barbecue grill was filthy and unsafe. If owners address these issues it’s a five star.
Manager response:
The carpet has been scheduled for a cleaning, and housekeeping will take care of the grill. Thank you!

This house was perfect for the nine of us. The home was so clean and well stocked. It was full of light and spacious for all nine of us (4 adults and 5 children) We loved that it came with Sharck passes, a Hot Tub and bikes. The supplies and extra hooks to hang clothes up were well thought out. It was a great value.

We enjoyed staying in Quelah 7. The living area was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The only issue we had with the house was the inability to heat the downstairs bedrooms. It was very cold! (We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend)
Manager response:
After receiving this review the property manager went to the home to inspect the furnace and discovered the downstairs floor vents were closed. Now that they're open, it's nice and toasty. Thanks!

Home was excellent for our family use. The proximity to the Village and Sharc area was very handy.

This is a great place for siblings to have an annual reunion. Seven of us enjoyed four days and nights comfortably in a very homey environment. There is enough room to relax, eat and sleep in style. The location is great for bike riding and walking. The nature park is 10 minutes away. The village and marina are good for stretching your legs more. The setting is very quiet.

This is a great house for large group, very open plan and room for all. Great location to get to everything Sunriver has to offer. 3 full baths and a half bath!

Very spacious house located very close to lake aspen. The biking/walking trails are easily accessible. The rooms are big and the house can comfortably fit in 8 people. Kitchen was clean with all basic amenities. Very clean property and the bikes were in good condition too.

Overall an enjoyable experience and more than enough room.

One of the best stocked houses I have ever rented. Loved the open floor plan.

Great location, great house, very well appointed except for the bikes. One was missing, one had a flat tire, and one had a broken seat. When you are spending as much as we were on this house, the added expense of renting bikes was really unfortunate. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

House is great. Kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you need!!! House needs some maintenance especially on deck areas. A better TV would be great too (Tour de France was on during our stay:)
