The view was outstanding. I loved the setup and the mattress was very comfortable. Gorgeous building and location was perfect.
Very good place to stay with fantastic view from huge panoramic window! Highly recommend!
Perfect place to stay in Portland. The home was spotless and the view was amazing!
This location can't be beat. We travel to Portland annually to visit friends and take in all the city has to offer. This is located right in the heart of city center, right next to the Max line. Anywhere you want to go using public transit is super convenient. We normally stay in a hotel right near here and having a kitchen was awesome. The view can't be beat. We will be back.
Nice and modern with very nice views.
The condo was wonderful. Great location right downtown Portland. 11th story View of the city! Clean!! Spent Thanksgiving and Christmas both!
Perfect place to explore Portland from. Views were spectacular. Apartment was clean, well stocked and very quiet. Loved it!
Incredible locations. Easy walk to anywhere in downtown Portland. Very safe with guard on duty in lobby 24 hours. Amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. Its a corner unit too so just stunning. Very comfortable furniture and a postropedic bed. Super clean and awesome stay!!
Loved the apartment location in the heart of downtown Portland. Great view of downtown Portland and west hills from the room. Great amenities and very comfortable bed. Overall great stay. We will come back again vs. staying at one of the nicer downtown hotels.
Great location! Very clean and has everything you would need.
My husband and I LOVED this condo! It was gorgeous and decorated simply and beautiful.Very modern touches and clean as can be. The view with the floor to ceiling windows AND a corner unit just made it spectacular. Bed was very comfortable and the windows went through the bedroom as well. We are more country people, but honestly we feel converted to city people now. You could go out to everything that was just a short walk or train ride away! Don't miss the food carts...over 25 of them and anything you could ever want to eat! The only thing I would say is that we were bummed about there being a coffee pot, but no coffee and no wine bottle opener. I would recommend management provide those things, but EVERYTHING else was in the full kitchen! It was smaller than pics made it seem, but amazing just the same... Highly recommend.
Great spot! Easy access! Would love to stay again!
Loved it here- everything you need, beautiful view, full kitchen.
Very comfortable and new. Near great restaurants and open public spaces.
When you walk into this condo you can’t help but love the feel of it, and the views from the floor to ceiling windows. We also were very impressed with the cleanliness. The place didn’t feel like a rental at all. It just felt classy and comfy. We will absolutely be renting this place again for future trips.
This was my second stay in Park Avenue West--I have throughly enjoyed the building and the location. This apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The smoky haze in the air made for interesting views...I like that you could see a bit of the city life through the windows, too. I liked the big table to have my iPad Pro on to use during breaks in my day of being a tourist. The kitchen was clean and organized. The extra space in the bedroom was well used with the chair and table--always helpful to have extra places to put things. I liked having two access points for the bathroom, which was very clean and comfortable. Though, it could be nice to have a small dresser somewhere--perhaps in one of the two closets--for people to take things out of their bag and put somewhere. Though, being the only person there, I can spread out a bit as needed. The place was ready when my flight landed, so I didn't need to wander around with my luggage--that really helped get my stay off to a good start. I would highly recommend this place!
Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I'll be staying here again.
I liked the location, interior design, cleanness of the unit, appliances, and all the cooking amenities.
I did not like that the bedroom did not have a blackout (or even a thicker shade) so the room would be super bright from 5:50 am! Don't plan on sleeping much past the sun rise.
I also did not like the parking arrangements. I know the unit does not come with a parking, but I thought I could pay for a day pass parking. Every time you are in and out of the parking you have to pay, so not in and out privileges. so if you are planning to go in and out a few times a day, plan on spending $30-$40 a day on the parking. All other nearby parking facilities that are gated and automated have the same rule (maybe a bit less expensive).
This place was comfortable, homey and provided a beautiful view of Portland. Within walking distance of food trucks, restaurants, and sightseeing. Also close to the Pearl. Happy to see environmental friendly recycling, low flush toilets, etc. Neighbor noise was our one complaint. This is not a building for sleeping or quiet. Parties at 2am and loud neighbors coming and going at all hours kept us from sleeping. Also don’t plan to sleep many people in this place. Great queen bed, terrible pull out sofa bed. Also not having access to concierge or front desk support left us without a way to reach out for help with anything.
I really enjoyed my stay, next time though it would be nice to have an ADA apartment. It was very functional in most areas however.
Looks just like the pictures, the views are stunning and so fun if you're not used to being in a bigger city. Would definitely recommend bringing your eye mask for sleeping as the sunrise through those huge windows was quite bright and there are no curtains. Besides that, we loved everything about the apartment.
Exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked and I loved all the little things like extra laundry detergent, dish soap and paper towels. Great restaurants, shopping, and attractions are just a few blocks away. The building is also right along the light rail track, so it was easy and cheap to get in and out of the city to visit friends in the surrounding area.
Right in the middle of town convenient to shopping, Resturant’s, shopping, fun food trucks and parks.
This condo is in a great central location in downtown Portland, with many restaurants, shops and amenities within walking distance. The unit was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be that it would be nice to have a place to store bags after check out for those who have a flight later in the day. The building manager and housekeeper were helpful and allowed us to leave our bags in the unit for a while after we checked out but it seemed like this option might not always be available.
This property blew our expectations out of the water. The location was exceptional, and the entire building was very luxurious. Would have preferred to have had parking included, but we were fortunate to park out front and we didn't have to move our vehicle until 1:00PM the following day (Sunday). There were tons of restaurants within a short walking distance and the fact that it backs onto a Nordstrom was amazing!
Very happy with the visit and stay. Thanks for making it feel like home for a week
Had a wonderful first visit to Portland - apartment views were beautiful, the place was tidy with nice decor
Wonderful stay! Exactly how advertised.
This is a great place to stay. Great location and wonderful view. Very clean and nice accommodations. Very quiet.
Great location downtown in a new building with beautiful lobby and interiors. However, the rental apartment's furnishing were barely adequate, particularly in the bedroom.
Information and instructions were excellent
We are sorry to see this guest felt some things were lacking. The furnishings are in great condition, and we believe we have provided everything one might need for an enjoyable stay. We wish the guest had contacted us regarding anything they might have believed was missing so we could try and assist them.
Nice place but a little noisy but that’s what you get when you live in the city.
View is perfect and we went on the last days when we could see the Christmas tree.
Bring your pillow from home and be used to a crazy soft bed.
Nicely decorated it’s honestly worth it we went there for New Years night and my wife said people wouldn’t stop yelling outside until 6am but I passed out
Oh and the room looks smaller in person but the windows are awesome
I don't normally write reviews, however, Vacasa has been the closest thing to home I have ever seen in a hotel. I immediately walked into a beautiful and comfortable living space. Clean, well put together, beautiful view and it just felt like home. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you.
Portland has every thing for every one! This beautiful home was located conveniently located near a Target, Starbucks, Wells Fargo, and food trucks that cover an entire block! The views from this condo were breath taking. I could see the mountains from every window. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus for me. I would most certainly want to bring my family and stay with Vacasa again!
As they say, location, location, location. No need for a car when you're here. We took the train from the airport, and the stop was steps away from our rental. Within walking distance from Powell's Books, Center Stage at the Armory for GREAT performances, Luc Lac for fantastic Vietnamese Food and Case Study Roasters for the best coffe and chai in Portland.
Comfortable bed, great views and very quiet building. It was great!
The rental was clean, modern, and cozy. The floor to ceiling windows gave great views of the city. The location was great! It is so close to many restaurants, bars, food carts, etc. In walking distance to the waterfront, Powell's, and Voodoo. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
The location could not have been better - clean, nicely furnished - great stay - would stay here again -
This apartment in the heart of downtown Portland, has everything you need for a night or a week: easy parking, kitchen, Wi-fi, lovely linens and plenty of shopping and eating within a couple of blocks. SO FUN!
This was a great find. Well located , nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed, fine views. It is one of the best all around rentals we've had. The parking garage is directly across the street. We're quite pleased with the experience The only criticism is having only one key to a condo in a secure building. This is a serious criticism and is fixable but everything else was five star.
This place is wonderful. Brand new condo, well furnished and stocked with everything you need. Location is great. I love being right on Director's Park with elephants deli for coffee and breakfast, movie theater and restaurants.
The condo was in excellent condition and in a convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.
Spacious with great views. Furnishings excellent but lacks dresser. Highly perfumed softener is overwhelming.
If you want a place for just two people, this is perfect. The view is amazing and it is close to good shopping and restaurants. But I would NOT recommend for 4 people. There is only 1 bath and only 1 mirror which is in the bath, so if someone needs to maybe blow dry their hair, we used the reflection in the microwave for that. Crazy! It is definitely small but cute for only 2 people. Pull-out couch is in desperate need of replacement. I had to sleep in it 3 nights and now my back aches. The mattress is thin and you roll to the middle and it isn't even level. I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. Seriously crazy! We were a group of four but with the pull-out couch situation, one of us stayed somewhere off site instead.
it was just smooth, flawless, beautiful experience. a view to remember, a location which hardly gets better in Portland, not even speaking about the smooth reservation and check-in process.
The view alone makes it worth it. The location is also perfect and a lot of things are very walkable.
The couch is not very comfortable as it sinks forward, but the rest of the furniture is great and bed was good. Also no cable tv, but WiFi is strong.
This was a wonderful unit with great views. The building is first rate and local to many amenities and places to eat and shop.
Loved the views and the design of the space. Would stay there over a hotel any day.
Spotless and central. Gorgeous unobstructed views of downtown Portland. Walking distance to everything. The suite is a fair size, has beautiful high ceilings, gorgeous flooring and was nicely appointed.
Just a few comments:
(1) It would have been much more convenient if more than 1 key was made available per suite
(2) The living/dining were on on the dark side - could have used more lighting
(3) Master bed could use a dresser. There were closets in the room but sometimes you just need some drawer space.
(4) The sofa bed mattress does not lay flat. The end where you feet would lie is higher than the end where you head would lie. It was not a problem for us, though, as the kids just slept in the opposite end.
We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.
A friend and I spent three nights in this lovely apartment for a short visit to Portland. The location was perfect since we had planned activities around downtown, along the waterfront and in the Pearl District. We walked everywhere! The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, equipped with all the basics, and has a great view of the city. We will definitely stay here again.
This place was great - I'd highly recommend staying here. The view of Portland was really gorgeous and the apartment has everything you need for a short weekend stay. The only downside was that there were no sheets for the pullout couch so the first night, my friend had to use a blanket for a sheet - not ideal. I called them the next morning though, and they were very receptive and brought over sheets that afternoon (we spent 2 nights at the property). Overall, great location and beautiful apartment. I would stay here again!
Excellent unit with excellent views. The floor-to-ceiling windows were amazing, and waking up to sunlight cascading over the Willamette Valley was an extra special treat.
I was staying at the unit for a business trip, and the commute using the Portland Streetcar was a short walk and very convenient. There are also plenty of places nearby to eat, as well as Pioneer Square just a couple blocks away.
This was our first trip to Portland and it couldn't have been better (other than the rainy weather). The accommodations at 1105 Park Avenue were as beautiful as the pictures and the view was even more amazing. We found the bed and pillows very comfortable. And working with Vacasa was very easy. We would definitely come back.
Hotel-suite-like apartment with a terrific view over downtown portland and the sunrise. Clean, convenient, quiet. Perfect location.
This is an incredibly spacious, like-new property in a gorgeous and very secure building. The location couldn't be more central, views from the unit are amazing, and everything was spotlessly clean. Can't wait to return!!
great spot $6 uber ride to most everything. could use black out curtains in the bedroom.
We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it.
We stayed on the 11th Floor, with a beautiful view of downtown Portland. The apartment was tastefully decorated. Location was awesome - quick walk to the Pearl district or the waterfront. It was also nice and quiet. Only things it needs is a little more clothing storage and to have the TV connected to cable. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
Great place. Safe, convenient, just what we were looking for.
We loved our condo. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and in a central location (right by a train stop).
