Walk to the beach or admire it from the front porch at this home w/ fireplace!

You'll want to return with your family to this Falmouth beach house again and again. Within walking distance to both the beach and town, and boasting great outdoor amenities plus a fireplace, this home is a dream!

Grab the home's beach chairs and boogie boards and walk only 500 feet down to the beach and commence relaxing. Passing by the Cape Cod beach house is the Shining Sea Bike Path where you can ride the home's own bikes (a total of seven bikes are available for the whole family) and discover scenes of cranberry bogs and lush foliage. And, just a short walk or drive is Main Street where you can enjoy dining at Mexican joints or local seafood restaurants fare and shop for groceries and souvenirs.

The home offers both indoor and outdoor amenities to make your vacation complete. As you come home from the beach, use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Pick up fresh clams and corn on the cob to cook on the furnished patio's gas grill. Kids of all ages can pass time before dinner by shooting hoops in the driveway or playing a game of badminton in the yard. Have your morning coffee on the front porch in view of the beach. Are you ready for your vacation yet?

Head inside the home and immediately feel cozy among the quaint decor and cushy seats. Soft blues, warm wood shades, and nautical decor reflect the ocean.

Relax in the homey living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace to warm you up if you're staying during the winter months. The flatscreen TV is equipped with DVD and VHS players so you can chose flicks from the home's movie library.

While there are breakfast diners nearby, the well-equipped kitchen helps you save a little money with all the basic tools you need to make your own meals. Make a cup of coffee in no time with the Keurig or wake up the house with fresh smoothies using the blender. In cooler months, set the slow cooker up with a roast in the morning, and you'll have a feast for all by evening.

This child-friendly home offers toys for both the beach and indoors, as well as a bedroom with a Pack 'N Play, and baby gates for wandering toddlers.

Among the four bedrooms, 12 guests will sleep comfortably. Each room is cozy and simple so you can focus on simply getting a good night's sleep near your loved ones. Altogether are two sets of bunk beds (one twin pair and one twin-over-double set), two single twin beds, and three queen beds. A full bathroom upstairs as well as a half bathroom downstairs add convenience.

This charming Cape Cod vacation rental isn't just perfect for the beach, but it allows you to explore parts of New England easily, any time of year. Take a short road trip to Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod and stop at the many antique shops, diners, and vistas along the way. You can also take a ferry to Massachusetts' other vacation destinations, including Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket for a full view of the luxurious historical homes and the wild seaside.

We were group of 11 and had a great time. Everyone liked the house and the enjoyed the bikes. The beach is close to the house. Also the house is also close from the place where we can take a ferry for Martha's Island.
The heat system's controller was down due to low battery but that was fixed after we called the host so that was good.
